How about your credit’s situation?These days , we have heard about so many problems with a credit card through newspapers, internet, and television. So, we want to check students' credit problems. There was obviously a time that consumption was a virtue. Proper consumption activates proper supply leading to appropriate vitality of economy. The consumption ,however, has lost its way especially for people in their 20's. Those people are called generation that is indifferent to political things and social participation and generation that is consumption-oriented. Therefore, marketing or advertisements for the generation are being made to stimulate more consumption. As a matter of fact, the generation doesn't know how to refrain themselves from much too spending. They don't know how to save and how to spend money. Accordingly, they can't help falling in debt. Statistically, one fifth of bad debtors, of our country about 600,000 people, are in their 20's. It's no wonder that they are criticeck the credit card. Of course, credit card is an essential thing of modern society. It has so many advantages. For example, there is no necessity for having cash. Cash is substituted for credit card. We can see a movie, go to family restaurants, sports center, etc at cut rates.Many people want to have credit cards in order to take these benefits.It, however, has faced the serious the serious problems by being overused. Every problem concerned with credit cards happens with that reason.Let's see what has brought those problems and how and what we should do for that. In order to do that, we have to survey about our consumption the present position with credit card. So, we asked them how many credit cards do you have, how much do you spend, have you ever been delayed, do you know about issue condition, and so on. Through those questions, we try to know about university students' recognition of credit cards. And, we try to focus on realistic questions.Interviews and survey were very helpfough they didn't have enough money to buy those things. For them, they used their credit cards, but they bought without a due sense of responsibility. After all, they regretted having done such a thing. So they tried to look for a part-time job to earn money. They worried about their card debts. In this way, there are some friends who have a difficulty paying for a credit card’s fee.We used three methods to see what is the effect of using a credit card in our society. First, we distributed a survey on May 26th to 27th at Konkuk University. We decided to survey our 20 university students. Second, we gathered information from newspapers, news on TV and internet. We found many university students who use a credit card without any consideration. Third, we interviewed many university students and listened to what they have to say about their own use of credit card. Through a variety of methods, we could find out a lot of things about why and how university students use their credit card.Aftons about using credit cards.Through the answers, we can know that almost university students were using a credit card and at the same time, they also thought people should use a credit card carefully because they have heard about bad effects of using a credit card. Fortunately, there were few bad effects of indiscreet using cards of konkuk university students. Moreover, they seemed to promise themselves to use a credit card carefully. It was a common opinion that each person should spend money properly as a student who knows about both merits and demerits of credit cards. We think not only, that is right but also, it is just fundamental theme for our survey. It is usual that all students were friendly o answer the questions and they showed serious attitudes about the survey.There were something of unusual results. First of all, half of students didn’t know about the condition of card’s issue well even though they had a credit card. We can guess many credit card’s companies didn’t keepudents tend to buy luxury products without any capability for paying for them, so they might become debtors. Then, someone who has over 4 credit cards doesn’t use them actually. The fact means that the expense of making a credit card is too high, so it is another waste of money.In conclusion, we can get a lesson that we should use a credit card cautiously. A credit card makes us convenient though, impulsive spending with a credit card can let our life dangerous. We should think not only merits of using a credit card but also demerits of it. It is important people have to consider their own economic life. Another important thing is a social policy. There are variable economic education system for students in other countries such as Japan, United States of America, and England. Our society should frame a financial policy that can teach people right economic activities. It might be a basis step to solve many debtors’ problem. The credit is similar to the health, so we should keep the cred.

【미문학개론】Edgar Allan Poe, "The Purloined Letter"1.추리소설에 대하여..민주주의 발달 및 산업혁명으로 인해 소설이 문학의 중요한 장르를 차지하며 소설은 점차 대중에 의해 사랑 받기 시작했다. 이전에 문학이란 특정계층만의 전유물이라 인식되어져 왔던 것이 대중 스스로 그들의 계몽에 힘쓰고 신문들이 간행되면서, 대중은 주된 소설의 독자층으로 등장한 것이다. 이에 소설들은 이전의 극히 문학적 가치가 중시되던 형식에서 벗어나 점차 대중이 원하는 내용과 재미를 담은 소설들이 많이 등장하였다.추리소설의 탄생은 그러한 소설의 발달과 더불어 이루어졌다. 소설은 재미가 있어야 한다는 오락적 기능을 강조할 때, 우리는 추리소설을 가장 먼저 떠올릴 수 있다. 수수께끼를 풀어가면서 느끼는 지적유희의 쾌감이 다른 어떤 종류의 소설보다 크기 때문이다. 그러므로 추리소설이 소설의 발달과 더불어 탄생한 것은 당연한 귀결이라 하겠다. 미국의 Edgar Allan Poe가 쓴 "The Murders in the Rue Morgue"(1841), "The Mystery of Marie Roget"(1842), "The Purloined Letter"(1845)의 세 단편이 추리소설의 역사를 열게 되었다는 것은 이미 정설이 되어버렸다. 물론 그 이전에 신화, 혹은 민담이나 설화, 전설 등에서 다양한 추리적 요소가 등장하는 이야기들을 찾을 수 있지만 근대적 의미의 추리소설은 역시 근대 산업사회가 도래하면서 나타난 도시문명과 경찰을 배경으로 하여, Poe에서 본격적인 출발을 하고 있다고 보는 것이 타당하다.현재 우리가 사용하고 있는 이란 말은 영미의 나 , 또는 프랑스의 를 총칭한 것으로서, 우리나라 일각에서는 아직도 이라 부르고 있는 것이다.) 대중문학연구회(편), "추리소설이란 무엇인가?" p.32 , 국학자료원(1997)이란 말은 추리소설이 처음 일본에 도입되던 메이지 말기에 일본인이 만들어낸 용어이며, 이를 과 이라는 말로 구분하기 시작하였다. 이때 은 Poe성들을 모두 파악하기만 하면 그로부터 원인과 결과들을 연역해 낼 수 있는 이상적 추리'의 방법을 예외없이 사용하고 있다. 따라서 추리소설은 방법적인 면에서 상상력에 의존하기보다는 과학적 논리에 바탕을 두고 있다는 것이 일반소설과 크게 다른 점이다. Auguste Dupin, in his little 것이다. 전체적으로 작품은 이렇게 진행되며, 사건의 진행에도 매우 개연성이 뛰어나고 Dupin이 사건을 바라보는 시각을 표현함에도 아주 진지하고 논리적인 자세를 취한다. 이에 독자는 더욱 작품에 몰입하게 되고 흥미를 얻게 되는 것이다.§. 줄거리이 작품의 상황은 뜻밖의 절도 사건이다. 도둑이 누구인지를 알고 있으나 그 도둑이 훔쳐간 것을 찾아내는 것이 문제가 되고 있다. 범인은 프랑스 정부의 D장관이다. 그는 왕실을 방문한 사이 책상 위에 놓인, 매우 미묘한 성질의 정보를 담고 있는 편지를 발견한다. 그 장소에는 편지의 수신자인 왕비, 그녀를 만나러 온 왕, 왕을 찾으러 온 장관이 있다. 다행히 왕은 그 편지를 알아차리지 못하지만 예민한 D장관은 편지의 성격을 간파하고 너무도 떳떳이 편지를 훔쳐간다. 왕비 역시 제 3자가 그 편지를 보면 안되겠기에 왕 앞에서 제대로 항의할 수 없었으므로 눈 앞에서 자신의 편지를 장관에게 절취 당한다. 왕비는 곧 그 편지가 장관의 권력행사의 용도로 쓰여지기 전에 도둑인 D장관으로부터 편지를 도로 찾아오되 경찰들의 행동을 도둑에게 알리지 말라는 부탁을 경시총감G에게 한다. 경찰 당국은 도둑이 아직 그 편지를 소유하고 있을 것이라고, 아마도 중요한 편지이기에 범인의 몸에 지니고 있을 것이라고 믿어, 악당으로 변장해 몸수색을 직접 하기도 하고, 그가 없는 틈을 타서 그의 집을 샅샅이 다 뒤지기도 한다. 경시총감G의 지휘아래 실력있는 전문 경찰들은 벽도 뒤지고, 가구, 책들, 심지어 집 마당과 이웃집 마당까지 모조리 다 뒤진다. 그들의 수고에도 불구하고 경감은 없어진 편지에 대한 아무런 흔적도 찾지 못했다. 이제 G경감은 더 이상의 수사에 대해 막막함을 느끼고 그의 친구 탐정 Dupin에게 사건에 대해 얘기하는 것이다. 그의 말을 들은 Dupin은 사건의 내막을 정리해본다. 편지는 도둑의 집안에 있음이 틀림없지만 파리의 범죄 전문가들이 그 집의 천정에서 마루까지, 벽에서 마당까지 샅샅이 다 뒤졌다. 발견은 되지 않았지만 확실히 편지는려 하는 것을 예상하고, D장관은 그 편지를 감추지 않고 눈에 아주 잘 보이는 곳에 두어 그 곳을 아예 쳐다보지도 않게 함으로써, 경찰을 혼란시켰으리라고 추론을 하면서 Dupin은 이 가정에 따라 행동하였다.Dupin은 그 장관의 방으로 찾아가서 조심스럽게 살펴본 후, 외관상 아무렇게나 편지가 놓여있는 편지함 속에서 문제의 편지를 발견하였다. 편지함은 어디서나 보이도록 완전히 공개되었고, 그 편지는 장관에 의해 교묘하게 더렵혀지고 구겨졌기 때문에, 경찰의 시선을 끌지 않았던 것이다.(Dupin은 D장관에 대해 이렇게 말한다. :"But the more I reflected upon the daring, dashing, and discriminating ingenuity of D--; upon the fact that the document must always have been at hand, if he intended to use it to good purpose; and upon the decisive evidence, obtained by the Prefect, that it was not hidden within the limits of that dignitary's ordinary search"- 범인은 용감하고, 저돌적이고, 식별력이 있다. 의도적으로 보여주기 위한 것들은 눈에 안 띄기 때문에 오히려 편지를 눈에 잘 보이는 곳에 두어 평상시에 찾지 못하게 한 것이다.) 그러나 Dupin은 이를 간단히 넘어가지 않았다. 평상시 유난히 깔끔하고 정돈되어있던 D장관이 굳이 편지를 구기고 더럽히지는 않을 것이며, 더욱이 그런 편지를 다 보이도록 내놓지 않을 것이라는 판단에서이다. 결국 D장관의 수수께끼는 Dupin에 의해 해결되면서 G경감에게 5만프랑을 받아 내었다.§. 감상우리는 살아가며 끊임없이 고정관념에 빠져 살게 된다. 그것은 사회 전체적으로 정형화되다시피 하는 것도 있고, 사람마다 저마다 가지고 있는 고정관념도 있다. 때론 거기에서 탈피해 보려고
