오토캠핑장 안전확보를 위한 LED Information 제어 시스템 Pole에 관한 연구 (A Study on LED Information Control System Pole for Securing Safety of Auto Camping Site)

초록

정부 지역관광 활성화 의지, 국민소득 증가, 주 5일제 근무의 정착, 라이프스타일 변화 등 제반여건의 변화로 인해 최근 관광 및 레저의 참여도가 급격하게 증가하고 있다. 국내 캠핑시장은 매년 20～30%이상 성장하고 있으며, 이러한 시대의 흐름에 따라 오토캠핑장은 양적 성장을 하고 있다. 그러나 관리 및 안전요원의 부족과 안전정보시설 미흡으로 인하여 안전과 도난에 취약하다. 또한 야외조명과 안내정보시설, 영상감시장치 등 기반시설들이 분리 설치되어 있어 통합적 관리를 하지 못하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 오토캠핑장에서의 안전을 확보하고 사용자 및 운영자의 요구에 부응할 수 있는 LED Information 제어 시스템 Pole에 관한 기능을 제시하는 것이다. 연구방법은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 연구의 배경 및 범위로는 문헌 및 현장조사와 각 오토캠핑장의 웹사이트 등을 통하여 조사하고 그 결과를 기초로 하여 현재 현황과 특성을 정리하였다.
둘째, 오토캠핑장의 의미를 정의하고 문제점을 파악 하였다. 국내 오토캠핑장 관련 시장 조사와 차량사고 및 도난, 안전사고에 대한 대책이 미흡한 실정이다.
셋째, 오토캠핑장을 위한 System Pole의 설계를 위하여 필요한 기능을 제시하였다. 오토캠핑장 사이트별 LED 조명을 설치하고 이를 기반으로 영상보안, 사이트 위치 지시등 등을 통합하여 활용할 수 있는 제어시스템에 대한 제시를 하였다. 결론적으로 오토캠핑장에서 안전 및 도난 문제를 해결할 수 있고 이를 통합적으로 제어할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 확보방안은 첫째, 오토캠핑장의 안전 및 도난 문제에 대한 대책이 필요하며 조명․안내시설․CCTV․시설물 제어를 위한 통합적인 시스템이 필요하다. 둘째, 오토캠핑장에 어울릴 수 있도록 친환경적인 디자인의 개발이 필요하다. 이를 위하여 IT 기술을 통한 다양한 제어방법, 저 전력에 높은 기구 효율, 설치 및 확장시 편리성 증진 등 LED Information 제어 시스템 Pole 디자인의 폭넓은 개발이 이루어지고 네트워크 기술로 자유로운 제어가 이루어진다면 사용자 및 운영자의 요구에 부응할 수 있다.

영어초록

Recently, the participation in the tourism and leisure is rapidly decreasing due to the change of the various conditions such as the government’s will of activation of local tourism, increased national income, settlement of 5 days work, lifestyle change etc. The domestic market for camping is increasing in 20～30% every year, and the auto camping fields depending on the flow of these times is growing quantitatively. But the safety and theft are vulnerable due to the lacking of the management and safety personnel, safety information facilities. In addition, the basic facilities such as the outdoor lighting, information facilities and video surveillance device etc. are installed in separate way, so it cannot be managed synthetically. This study aims to suggest function on LED Information Control System Pole available for securing safety at auto camping site and for satisfying the requirements of users and operators.
First, as the background and scope of research, it conducted a survey through the web sites of each in auto camping sites in addition to the documentary and field research, and arranged the present status and characteristics based on the results.
Second, it defined a meaning of auto camping site and grasped problems. It is the real situation that is insufficient in a market survey related to domestic auto camping sites and in countermeasures for car accident, robbery, and safety accident.
Third, necessary functions were presented for designing System Pole for auto camping site. The suggestion was made on control system available for utilizing by integrating image security and site-location indicating light based on this after installing LED lighting by auto camping site. In conclusion, a plan was proposed that can solve problems of safety and robbery at auto camping site and can control this synthetically. As for a plan for securing, first, a measure is needed for problems of safety and robbery at auto camping site. Integrative system is needed for controlling the lighting․information facilities․CCTV․establishments. Second, development in eco-friendly design is needed in order to be suitable for auto camping site. The requirements of users and operators can be satisfied given being broadly developed the LED Information Control System Pole design and being freely controlled with network technology such as promoting diverse control methods through IT, high equipment efficiency in low electric power, and convenience given installing and expanding aiming at this.
