Q1. What is the role of THE BIG ICE CLUSTERS in balancing the weather in our planet?
A1. THE BIG ICE CLUSTERS have many roles. One of the ice clusters` main role is reflection of the sunlight. If the ice clusters melt and disappear, the surface of the earth will be directly exposed to the sunlight, reflection of the sunlight will be decreased and our planet will absorb more amount of sunlight. Then, the ice clusters will melt more and faster than ever before. Eventually, the temperature of our planet will increase and the water level of the oceans will rise. Recently, these phenomena occur.
In my opinion, increase of temperature and water level of oceans may have influence on unusual weather conditions.

A2. I think that the `current unusual weather phenomena` as it is called has been somewhat influenced by global warming. Because This film shows that global warming which is caused by increase of C02 has raised the level of the oceans, raised frequency of typhoon, varied an ecosystem and varied an ocean currents.
But I also think global warming is not an absolute factor. Because this film includes many imperfect assumptions and extreme situations. It doesn`t show a definite answer about a causal relationship and it forgets to mention self-purification. Especially our planet also had ever large amount of C02 and increase of temperature in past, but this film don`t call it unusual weather. It means there is possibility of other factors; variation of earth`s axis etc.
