    입원당시 주 증상
    - SPR 진단받은 분으로 금일 옆집 문 열려있어서 무단으로 들어가 옆집 사람에게 자기물건 훔쳐갔다, 그 사람이 살 집이 아니니까 나가라하며 소리지르고 등산 지팡이로 옆집사람 팔 때리는 등 타해위험 높아 본원 응급실에서 외래 진료 후 주사 및 투약처치 받은 후 귀가하다 다시 응급입원 위해 경찰 2명 대동 후 내원함
    - 환청, 망상, 와해된 언어

    입원일로부터 사정일까지의 병동생활
    - 타 환자 수건으로 때리는 모습 보여 격리, 강박 시행됨
    - 뭔가 자꾸 쏘고 있다, 침대 밑에 누가 있다는 망상 있음
