초록

This research intends to provide the basic data for sustainable development of the korea national representative players. For this purpose, it examined the effect of the Influence of the Transactional·Transformation Leadership and Followership of the Korea National Team leaders and players on the Team Cohesion. The subject of this study was the members of the Korea national team players. The researcher used complete enumeration survey, 288 questionnaires were collected and used in practical analysis. The research results were as follows: First, First, correlation value between Leadership and Followership were .375 which significantly shown in the level of p<.01. Second, the result of examining the influence of the Transactional Leadership on the Team Cohesion were partly influenced. Third, the result of examining the influence of the Transformation Leadership on the Team Cohesion were partly influenced. Fourth, the result of examining the influence of the Followership on the Team Cohesion were partly influenced.
