전산회계 1급 자격증 시험에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on Computerized Accounting License)

초록

오늘날은 자격증 시대이다. 자격증은 일정한 자격을 인정해 주는 증서이다. 회계학은 전문가들을 요구한다. 전산회계 자격은 한국세무사회가 주관하고 있다. 본 연구는 전산회계 1급 시험문제를 분석한다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다.
분석 결과 이론문제 중 재무회계 분야는 재고자산, 감가상각, 재무제표가 많이 출제되었다. 원가회계 분야는 제조간접비, 종합원가계산, 부문비 배부가 많이 출제되었고, 세무회계 분야는 세금계산서, 과세표준, 매입세액 공제가 많이 출제된 것으로 나타났다.
실무 문제는 입력자료의 정정 분야는 전기분 재무제표 수정, 거래처 등록, 계정과목 및 적요등록이 많이 출제되고, 일반전표 입력 분야에서는 보통예금, 복리후생비 및 세금과 공과가 많이 출제되었다. 매입매출전표 입력 분야에서는 과세매입과 과세매출, 불공매입이 많이 출제되고, 오류정정 분야는 세금과공과와 외상매출금이 많이 출제되었다. 그리고 결산분야에서는 재고자산입력, 대손상각비 및 감가상각비 계상이 많이 출제되고, 조회 분야에서는 월계표/일계표 조회, 부가가치세신고서 조회, 총계정원장 조회가 많이 출제된 것으로 나타났다.
본 연구는 시험 준비를 하는 수험생들이나 강의자에게 큰 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다. 각 분야별 출제 경향 및 출제빈도들을 인지함으로써 시험에 대비할 수 있도록 도움을 줄 것이며 강의자는 교육 계획 수립에도 많은 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다. 또 산업계에서도 전산회계 1급 수준의 인력을 채용 및 배치에 도움을 받아 인력관리에 많은 도움을 받을 것으로 생각한다. 그리고 자격증 분야에 대한 연구에도 본 연구가 기초가 되어 미래 연구에 많은 기여를 할 것으로 기대한다.

영어초록

We are living in the era of license. License is a certification that recognizes certain qualifications. Accounting is a field which demands a professional license. Licenses of computerized accounting are authorized by the Korean Association of certified Public Tax Accountants.
This study analyzes the first－class license examination of computerized accounting. The results are as follows. Firstly, theoretical problems in financial accounting section were about inventory, depreciation, and financial statements, while those in cost accounting section were about overhead cost, general costing, and non－sector allocation. Second, theoretical problems in tax accounting section were drawn from tax bill, tax base, and tax deduction. Third, practical problems regarding correction of input data were drawn from financial statements modification, enterprise enrollment, accounts and brief registration. Fourth, practical problems regarding general slip entry were drawn from savings deposits, employee benefits, tax and dues. Fifth, practical problems about purchase and sales slip entry were drawn from taxable purchases, sales taxation, and non－receivable tax deduction. Sixth, error correction section mostly dealt with questions of accounts receivable, taxes and dues, while the settlement section included questions about input of inventories, bad debt expenses, and depreciation. Finally, the inquiry section drew questions from the day ticket totals/month ticket query, the query VAT returns, and general ledger queries.
This study is expected to be of much help to instructors of computerized accounting exam as well as potential applicants for the licensing exam. With an enhanced information about trends in test item construction and frequency of question items in different domains of accounting field, instructors will be in a better position to prepare potential applicants, let alone better preparation of instructional materials. Besides, industries will also find this research useful in effectively managing human resources such as recruiting and staffing employees who hold first－class computerized accounting license. Finally, this study is expected to shed light on developing better question items for accounting license examinations of the future.
