반영구화장 표준 교육프로그램 개발 (Research on the development of a semi-permanent makeup education standardization program)

초록

반영구화장 시장이 급속히 성장함에 따라, 많은 소비자들이 반영구화장에 대한 정보 요구가 증가하고 있으며, 이로 인해 반영구화장의 안전성과 효과성이 더욱 중요시되고 있다. 그러나 반영구화장에 대한 수요가 증가함에 따라 자격과 실무에 부적합한 시술자들이 증가하고 있어, 안전 및 위생 관리의 소홀, 감염이나 부작용 등의 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 소비자들은 전문적인 교육을 받은 시술자를 선호하고 있으며, 이에 따라 체계적이고 전문적인 반영구화장 교육프로그램의 필요성이 제기되고 있다.
본 연구의 목적은 반영구화장 교육에 대한 기준을 설정하여 표준화된 교육프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌 분석을 통한 교육프로그램의 초안 설계와 반영구화장 시술 및 유관 분야의 교육 종사자 204명 대상의 설문조사를 실시하였고, 반영구화장 전문가와의 심층 인터뷰 결과를 분석하였다.
반영구화장 교육프로그램 관련 문헌을 분석한 결과, 공통 프로그램을 제외하고, 시술의 효율성과 안전성을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육 내용의 재구성과 시술자의 시술 기법과 색소선택능력, 고객관리 능력 등을 강화할 필요가 있다는 것을 파악할 수 있었다. 반영구화장 시술 후의 관리와 주의 사항, 소독과 멸균의 적용, 부작용 및 위험요소에 대한 파악과 대처는 각각 4.90점, 침습적 시술로 인한 감염과 예방은 4.89점으로 타 항목보다 상대적으로 높은 것으로 확인할 수 있었던 반면, 해부생리학은 4.09점, 반영구화장의 정의와 역사는 4.29점으로 타 항목보다 상대적으로 낮게 나타난 것으로 확인할 수 있었다. 전문가 심층 인터뷰 결과 이론과 실습의 균형을 맞추어 교육생들이 현장에서 적용 가능한 기술을 습득할 수 있는 기회를 제공해야 한다는 의견을 도출하였다.
본 연구를 통해 반영구화장 시술자의 전문 교육의 필요성과 중요성을 확인할 수 있었으며, 문헌 분석과 설문조사, 전문가 심층 인터뷰를 통해 수집된 데이터가 체계적이고 표준화된 반영구화장 교육프로그램 개발의 기초가 되었다. 또한, 이론과 실습의 균형을 맞춘 교육과정이 필요하다는 전문가의 의견을 반영한 반영구화장 표준 교육프로그램의 실제화를 통해 반영구화장 시술자의 전문성과 안전성을 확보하여 반영구화장 교육프로그램의 표준화에 기여할 수 있는 중요한 참고 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

As the semi-permanent makeup market grows rapidly, many consumers are increasingly demanding information about semi-permanent makeup, and this has led to an increased emphasis on the safety and effectiveness of semipermanent makeup. However, as the demand for semi-permanent makeup increases, the number of practitioners who are not qualified and skilled in the field is also increasing, which may lead to problems such as negligence in safety and hygiene management, infection, and side effects. Consumers prefer practitioners who have received professional training, and thus the need for a systematic and professional semi-permanent makeup education program is being raised. The purpose of this study is to establish standards for semi-permanent makeup education and develop a standardized education program. To this end, a draft of an education program was designed through literature analysis, a survey was conducted on 204 educators in semi-permanent makeup procedures and related fields, and the results of in-depth interviews with semi-permanent makeup experts were analyzed.
As a result of analyzing the literature related to the semi-permanent makeup education program, it was found that, except for the common program, it was necessary to restructure the educational content to improve the efficiency and safety of the procedure, and to strengthen the practitioner's procedure techniques, pigment selection skills, and customer management skills. Post-semi-permanent makeup care and precautions, application of disinfection and sterilization, and understanding and coping with side effects and risk factors were confirmed to be relatively high compared to other items with 4.90 points each, and infection and prevention due to invasive procedures were confirmed to be relatively high with 4.89 points, whereas anatomy and physiology were confirmed to be 4.09 points, and the definition and history of semi-permanent makeup were confirmed to be relatively low with 4.29 points. The results of the in-depth interview with experts led to the opinion that it is necessary to provide trainees with opportunities to acquire skills that can be applied in the field by striking a balance between theory and practice.
Through this study, we were able to confirm the necessity and importance of professional education for semipermanent makeup practitioners, and the data collected through literature analysis, surveys, and in-depth interviews with experts became the basis for developing a systematic and standardized semi-permanent makeup education program.
In addition, we expect that it will be used as important reference material that can contribute to the standardization of semi-permanent makeup education programs by securing the professionalism and safety of semi-permanent makeup practitioners through the actualization of a semi-permanent makeup education program that reflects the opinions of experts that a balanced curriculum between theory and practice is necessary.
