초록

The Sabbath law is a important rule for the life of the Jew. It is mentioned not only in the Tora but also in the Prophets. In the texts of Qumran Community which is famous for their piety, there are many evidences how important the Sabbath is for their community, for example, CD X, 14-XI, 18 and 4Q264 etc. The texts of Qumran are produced in the 2. Temple Period. The historical Jesus belongs to the same Period. So it is very significant to compare the Qumran Community and Jesus regarding the Sabbath law. It is the purpose of this Paper.
In order to solve this task, I will review the texts of Qumran about the Sabbath and the disputation between Pharisees and Jesus in Mk 2:23-3:6. And I will show how different are the interest and the aspect of Qumran community and Jesus.
As the conclusion it is to say that the Qumran Community made the catalog of the behavior which are not permitted on the Sabbath, while Jesus had found the spirit of the law, why God gave the Israel the Sabbath Law.
