조선후기 실학파를 통해 본 글로컬 콘텐츠와 활용방안 - 최한기의 육해법을 중심으로 (A Study on the Glocal Content and Its Application Through the Silhakpa in the Late Joseon Dynasty - With the Focus on Yukhaebeob of Choi han-gi)

초록

조선후기 수차에 관한 육해법에 대한 연구는 사상연구에 치중하여 문헌상 내용만을 가지고 역사적 흐름에 따라 단순하게 정리 되어 연구 되어져 왔다. 수차는 그 당시의 농업환경과 과학기술을 알 수 있고, 더 나아가 이용후생의 실학사상까지 이해할수 있는 중요한 인문학적 주제이다. 본 연구는 수차의 제작기술을 물리학적으로 분석하여 이공학분야와 18~19세기 농업환경과 이용후생의 실학사상을 보여주는 인문사회학적 요소를 더한 새로운 융·복합적 사료 연구로 그 시대에 과학기술 발달이 빨랐던 유럽의 수차발달 과정 속 인문학과 수차의 과학기술 탐구의 연구영역을 확장하여 조선시대의 수차와 비교 분석하는 융·복합적 글로컬 콘텐츠 및 활용방안의 기틀을 마련하기 위한 연구이다. 오늘날의 자동양수기에 해당하는 호남지역의 독창적인 수차인 하백원의 자승차와 최한기의 육해법을 중심으로 수차의 제작기술에 나타난 물리학적 원리 그리고 인문·사회학적 요소를 융·복합하여 비교 분석을 하였다.

영어초록

The study of the yukhaebeob of the water wheel in the late Joseon period was conducted simply according to historical flow, with only the contents of the literature focused on the study of ideology. Water wheel is an important humanities topic that allows us to understand the agricultural environment and science and technology of that time, as well as the practical thought of the welfare of the people. This study is a new convergence and complex historical research that adds humanities and sociological elements that show the field of science and engineering and the practical thought of the agricultural environment and welfare of the 18th to 19th century by analyzing the production technology of water wheels in physics. It is a study to expand the research area of the science and technology exploration of humanities and water wheels in the process of the development of water wheels in Europe, where the development of science and technology was rapid in that era, to lay the foundation for convergence and complex glocal contents and utilization methods that compare and analyze the water wheel in the Joseon era. Focusing on the original water wheel of the Honam region, which corresponds to today's automatic oriental water wheel, jaseungcha of Ha baek-won and the yukhaebeob of the Choi han-gi, the physical principles and humanities and sociological elements of the water wheel manufacturing technology were combined and comparatively analyzed.
