초록

본 연구는 웰니스 관광 클러스터 모델을 2개의 과정으로 개발하였다. 하나는 ‘스타 웰니스 관광 클러스터 진화 모델’이고, 나머지 하나는 ‘웰니스 관광 자원과 웰니스 관광 연계 산업 간에 클러스터를 구축하는 모델’이다. 본 연구의 연구 자료는 ‘한국형 웰니스관광 클러스터 모델’이고 해외에서는 오스트리아의 ‘웰니스 클러스터 티롤 모델’이다. 웰니스 구성요소에 대한 자료는 NWI의 웰니스 구성요소와 Dunn, H.의 웰니스 구성요소이며 웰니스 구성요소에 대한 기초자료는 유엔 세계보건기구(WHO)의 ‘건강에 관한 정의’에서 수집하였다. 분석도구로는 델파이 기법에 의한 의견 수렴과 대안 제시 및 이해도 조사를 실시하였고 26명의 전문가 집단이 참여했다. 웰니스 관광자원 간의 클러스터 진화 모델 1단계는 한 단위의 웰니스 자원을 보유한 기업이 다른 한 단위를 보유한 웰니스 관광 기업 간에 클러스터를 구축하는 단위 간 웰니스 관광 클러스터 구축이고, 2단계는 두 단위 이상의 웰니스 관광 자원을 보유한 기업이 다른 단위의 웰니스 자원을 보유한 기업과 클러스터를 구축하는 확장 웰니스 관광 클러스터이다. 그리고 3단계는 웰니스 기업이 웰니스 관광자를 독립적으로 유인할 수 있는 자원을 보유한 기업이 스타 웰니스 관광 기업으로 진화하여 스타기업 웰니스 관광 클러스터를 구축하는 모델이다. 웰니스 관광자원과 웰니스 관광 연계 산업간의 클러스터 구축은 1단계로 웰니스 관광 자원 보유 기업과 웰니스 관광 지원 기업간의 클러스터 구축이고, 2단계로 웰니스 관광 자원 보유 기업과 지역관광 자원 보유 기업 및 관리기관간의 클러스터 구축이다. 3단계는 웰니스 관광자원과 네트워크 기업 및 기관간의 클러스터 구축이고, 4단계는 웰니스 관광 자원 보유 기업간에 클러스터 모델과 지역 웰니스 자원과 연계된 자원을 보유한 기업 및 기관간의 클러스터를 통합하는 웰니스 관광 클러스터 통합모델을 개발하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 웰니스 관광 자원을 발굴하고 육성하여 웰니스 관광 스타기업으로 진화될 수 있는 로드맵을 제시하고 진화과정에서도 웰니스 관광 연계 산업과의 클러스터 구축으로 웰니스 관광 산업이 지역산업을 견인하는 효과를 거두는데 있다.

영어초록

This study developed the wellness tourism cluster model in two steps. One is the ‘star wellness tourism cluster evolution model’ that builds a cluster between resources of the wellness tourism cluster, and the other is the ‘model that builds a cluster between the wellness tourism resource and the wellness tourism related industry’. The research data is the ‘Korean-style wellness tourism cluster model’ and abroad, the Austrian wellness cluster Tyrol model. As an analysis tool, opinions were collected using the Delphi technique, alternative suggestions and understanding were conducted, and a group of 26 experts participated. The first stage of the cluster evolution model among wellness tourism resources is the stage in which a company with one unit of wellness resource builds a cluster between companies with another unit. The second stage is an extended wellness tourism cluster in which a wellness enterprise with two or more units of wellness tourism resources establishes a cluster with a company with different units of wellness resources. And the 3rd stage is a model in which a wellness company evolves into a star wellness tourism company that has the resources to independently attract wellness tourists. The first step is to build a cluster between the wellness tourism resource and the wellness tourism related industry, and the second step is to build a cluster between the wellness tourism resource company and the wellness tourism support company. am. The third stage is the establishment of a cluster between wellness tourism resources and network companies and institutions, and the fourth stage is a model that integrates the cluster model among companies with wellness tourism resources and the cluster between companies and institutions with resources linked to local wellness resources. The purpose of this study is to present a roadmap that can evolve into a wellness tourism star company by discovering and nurturing wellness tourism resources. Also, in the evolution process, the wellness tourism industry has the effect of leading the local industry by establishing a cluster with the wellness tourism related industry.
