3차원 시뮬레이션을 활용한 여성용 요실금 팬티 패턴 개발 (Development of Women’s Urinary Incontinence Panty Pattern Using 3D Simulation)

초록

생활 수준의 향상과 의학의 발달로 인간 수명은 점차 늘어나고 있으나 건강하게 오래 사는 것이 아니라 병을 가지고 오래 사는 기간이 길어지고 있다. 요실금은 노인층의 발생빈도가 높은 질병으로, 사회활동의 제약, 불편함과 수치심을 유발하게 된다. 노인 인구의 증가로 실버산업이 활성화되면서 요실금관련 제품도 많이 개발되고 있다. 본 연구는 제7차 인체치수조사 데이터 중 60대 실버 여성의 평균 치수를 적용하여 실버 여성에게 적합한 요실금 팬티 패턴을 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 맞음새가 우수한 실버 여성용 요실금 팬티 제작에 기초가 되는 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. CLO 3D 프로그램을사용하여 가상착의를 실시한 후, 외관평가, 의복압평가 등을 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 27.0으로이루어졌다. 1차 패턴의 외관을 평가한 결과, 대부분의 앞면, 옆면, 뒷면에 관련된 항목들이 보통보다낮은 평가를 받아 패턴에 대한 전면적인 수정이 요구되었다. 앞뒤 허리선을 1.0cm 올리고, 옆선길이를 2.0cm 길게 설정하였다. 앞크러치의 위치는 위로 1.0cm 이동하고 뒤크러치의 위치는 위로 1.5cm 이동하여 패턴을 수정하였다. 2차 패턴의 외관평가 결과, 팬티 옆선길이를 다시 2.0cm 더 연장하였으며, 앞크러치 위치 1.0cm, 뒤크러치 위치 2.0cm를 이동하여 크러치 위치를 다시 설정하여 패턴을 수정하였다. 3차 평가 후 최종적으로 뒤크러치 위치를 위로 2.0cm 더 이동하여 최종 요실금 팬티 패턴을 완성하였다. 후속 연구에서는 실제 소재를 적용하여 패턴을 제작하고 착의실험을 통해 패턴에 대한검증이 이루어져야 하며, 요실금 흡수 패드 등을 삽입한 상태의 실제 착용감 관련 연구에 대한 필요성이 대두되었다.

With the improvement of living standards and the development of medicine, human life span is gradually increasing, but the period of living with diseases is getting longer, not healthy and long.
Urinary incontinence is a disease that occurs frequently in the elderly, causing restrictions, discomfort, and shame in social activities. As the silver industry is activated due to the increase in the elderly population, many products related to incontinence are also being developed. This study attempted to develop an urinary incontinence panty pattern suitable for elderly women by applying the average dimension of 60-year-old elderly women among the 7th human dimension survey data. Through this, it was intended to provide basic data necessary for the production of incontinence underwear for elderly women with excellent fitting. In this study, after virtual wearing was conducted using the CLO 3D program, appearance evaluation and clothing pressure evaluation were conducted. The SPSS 27.0 program was used for data analysis. As a result of the appearance evaluation of the primary pattern, most of the items related to the front, side, and back received a lower evaluation than usual, requiring a complete revision of the pattern.
The waistline of the front and back of the primary pattern was raised by 1.0 cm, and the side line length was set to be 2.0 cm long. The position of the front crotch moved 1.0 cm upward and the position of the back crotch moved 1.5 cm upward to modify the pattern. As a result of the appearance evaluation of the secondary pattern, the underwear side line length was extended by 2.0 cm again, and the pattern was modified by moving the front crotch position of 1.0 cm and the back croch position of 2.0 cm. After the 3rd evaluation, the back crotch position was finally moved 2.0 cm upward to complete the final urinary incontinence panty pattern. In the future research, it is thought that patterns should be manufactured by applying actual materials and verified through wearing experiments, and research on the fit with urinary incontinence absorption pads, etc. inserted should be conducted.
