쓰기 수행 수준에 따른 학생 글의 연결망 특성비교 분석 (Text Network Analysis Comparison of student writing according to Writing Performance)

초록

이 연구는 쓰기 평가의 대상이 되는 글이 지니고 있는 특성을 분석하고 쓰기 수행 수준에 따라 나타나는 글 특성의 차이를 비교하였다. 글 특성을 파악하기 위해 네트워크 분석 방법을 글에 적용한 의미망 연결 분석을 활용하였다. 이를 통해 학생들이 작성한 글에서 어떤 특성을 발견할 수 있는지 요인을 탐색하고 탐색된 요인을 객관화함으로써 쓰기 수행에 따라 나타나는 글의 차이를 비교하였다. 글의 구성 요소인 단어가 지닌 개별적 속성과 내부적 결속력을 통계적, 시각적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 (1) 상 수준의 글이 사용된 단어의 수가 상대적으로 더 많은 것으로 나타났으며 연결의 긴밀함을 설명하는 연결 밀도, 군집화를 설명하는 이행성 지표에서는 상 수준이 더 낮았다. (2) 또한 개별 단어들이 글의 구성에서 갖는 위계성인 연결정도 중심성에서는 상, 하 수준의 차이가 통계적으로 유의하지 않았지만 네트워크의 크기를 가중치로 부여한 매개중심성에서는 상 수준의 단어 위계성 차이가 더 크게 나타나는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 개별적, 전체적 특징을 (3) 시각적으로 제시한 연결 패턴에서는 상 수준의 글이 의미의 핵심을 이루는 부분이 명확히 밀집되어 있으며 부수적 의미가 핵심 의미로부터 점차 확장되는 양상, 그리고 사용된 단어 간의 거리가 상대적으로 가깝게 나타나는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

영어초록

This study analyzed the characteristics that this article has targeted articles written by students and contrast the differences appear depending on the characteristics of the article writing performance levels. To understand the characteristics of the texts was accomplished by a text network analysis method of analyzing semantic network connection. This article analyzed the internal characteristics of the target article claims that middle school students are created. This article compared the difference between that which is objectively characterized and found to appear according to a letter written by the students performed in the article. In addition to a variety of factors who describes the characteristics, this article has analyzed the internal cohesion in this text has a statistically and visually features. (1) As a result, the number of words used in the text that received a good evaluation have found to be relatively more. However there was no difference centrality. (2) Transitive index was smaller in the high-level text. Also it did not show a statistically significant difference in the hierarchical difference between the upper and lower levels in the configuration of individual words with their writing. But the word hierarchical difference between the level was greater than in the whole property if the property individually to give weight to the size of the network. (3) The portion of high level of text is clearly concentrated. Extended meaning is gradually expanding from the core means and the distance between the words was confirmed to appear as relatively close in high level texts. Thus through the intrinsic properties of the article, which can be identified it has the characteristics of good writing. However, this study was conducted to analyze the subject of an article claiming written by middle school students. Therefore it is a need for continuous extended study.
