학습자중심교육, 내⋅외재적 조절동기, 진로성숙도의 종단적 구조관계 (The Longitudinal Structural Relationship of Learner-centered education, Intrinsic-Extrinsic Regulation Motivation, and Career Maturity)

초록

이 연구는 경기교육종단연구(GELS)의 중3(6차, 2016년), 고1(7차), 고2(8차) 자료를 활용하여 중⋅고등학생이 성장함에 따라 학습자중심교육이 진로성숙도에 미치는 종단적 구조관계와 내⋅외재적 조절동기의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 학습자중심교육, 외재적 조절동기는 시간에 따라 낮아지지만, 내재적 조절동기, 진로성숙도는 높아지는 변화를 보였다. 둘째, 진로성숙도 초기값에 학습자중심교육 초기값은 정적(+), 외재적 조절동기 초기값은 부적(-) 영향을 주었다. 진로성숙도변화율에는 외재적 조절동기 변화율(-)이 부적인 영향을, 내재적 조절동기 변화율과학습자중심교육 변화율은 정적(+)인 영향을 주었다 셋째, 학습자중심교육 초기값과변화율, 진로성숙도 초기값과 변화율의 관계에서 내⋅외재적 조절동기 초기값과 변화율의 매개효과가 나타났다. 이 연구는 학습자중심교육, 내⋅외재적 조절동기, 진로성숙도의 종단적 구조관계와 매개효과를 밝힘으로써 청소년의 진로성숙도를 높이기위한 학습자중심교육 방법을 제안하였다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study was to examine how learner-centered education, intrinsic-extrinsic regulation motivation affect changes in career maturity from the 3rd grader of middle school to the 2nd grade of high school in GEPS (2016-2018), 6,314 students. The results of the study are as follows ; First, learner-centered education, extrinsic regulation motivation gradually decreased as the grade goes up, from the 3rd grade of middle school to the 2nd grade of high school, but intrinsic motivation, career maturity showed a increasing trend over time. Second, The initial value of learner-centered education had a positive effect on the initial value of career maturity, but the initial value of external regulation motivation had a negative effect. Factors influencing the rate of change in career maturity have been negatively influenced by the rate of change in external regulation motivation(-), and positively the rate of change in intrinsic regulation motivation and learner-centered education(+). Third, The relationship between the initial value of the learner-centered education and the initial value of the career maturity showed the mediating effect of the initial value of the intrinsic regulation motivation and the initial value of the external regulation motivation.
This study provides educational implications in order to enhance youth's career maturity with learner-centered education methods by revealing the impact relationships of learner-centered education, intrinsic-extrinsic regulation motivation over time.
