텍스트마이닝(Text Mining)을 통한 교육복지우선지원사업의 효과성 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effectiveness of Educational Welfare Priority Support Program through Text Mining)

초록

본 연구의 목적은 교육복지우선지원사업의 참여 학생과 학부모, 사업을 수행하고 있는 교사 및 실무자들을 대상으로 효과 인식을 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 교육복지우선지원사업의 방향성과 함의를 모색하는 것이다. 분석방법은 효과성에 대한 비정형 데이터의 특성을 파악하고 이를 정형데이터로 변환하여 계량적으로 분석 할 수 있는 텍스트마이닝(Text Mining)방법을 사용하였다. 이러한 새로운 연구방법을 통해 교육 및 복지 분야의 빅데이터 활용을 기반으로 하는 다각적 관점의 연구를 기대하였다.
연구결과와 함의를 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육복지우선지원사업은 학생을 위한 다각적 지원, 학부모의 학교에 대한 신뢰 향상 그리고 교사의 효능감 등 모두에게 긍정적 영향을 주고 있다. 둘째, 교육복지우선지원사업의 담당 인력들의 전문성의 향상이 사업의 효과성 증진에 매우 큰 요소로 작용하고 있다. 이는 실무자들의 전문성 향상을 위한 보다 표준화된 교육과정과 슈퍼비전 체계의 구축이 필요함을 의미한다. 셋째, 멘토링프로그램 운영에 대한 효과성이 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 멘토링 프로그램의 체계적인 운영과 평가체제를 확립해 프로그램의 효과를 보다 활성화시켜 교육취약 학생의 건강한 성장을 도와야 할 필요성을 보여준다. 마지막으로, 지역사회 내 여러 주체들이 교육취약 학생이 건강하게 성장할 수 있도록 자발적으로 지원하는 지지망 구축 및 연계․협력 시스템이 사업의 효과성을 향상시키는 촉진 요인으로 나타났다. 따라서 학교와 지역사회 기관의 연계 및 협력을 강화하고 그 안에 의사소통망을 활성화시키는 것이 필요하다는 점을 시사한다. 나아가, 연구의 제한점과 후속연구를 위한 제안을 추가하였다.

영어초록

This paper aims to analyze the perception of the effects of participating students, parents, and teachers and practitioners in the education welfare priority support project, and to search for the direction and implication of the education welfare priority support program based on this analysis. Text mining method is used to analyze the characteristics of unstructured data on effectiveness and to convert it into formal data for quantitative analysis. Through these new research methods, we aim to contribute to activating diverse perspectives based on the use of big data in education and welfare.
The results and implications of the study are as follows. First, the education welfare priority program has a positive effect on all of the support for students, the enhancement of parents 'confidence in the school, and the teacher' s efficacy. Second, the improvement of the professionalism of the personnel in charge of the education welfare priority support program is a very big factor in promoting the effectiveness of the program. This means that a more standardized curriculum and a supervision system are needed to improve the professionalism of practitioners. Third, the effectiveness of the mentoring program is very high. This shows that the systematic operation and evaluation system of the mentoring program should be established to further stimulate the effectiveness of the program and to help the healthy growth of vulnerable students. Lastly, constructing support networks and cooperating system to voluntarily support the healthy growth of vulnerable students by various actors in the community appeared to be a driving factor in improving the effectiveness of the project. This suggests that it is necessary to strengthen the linkage and cooperation between schools and community organizations and to activate communication networks within them.
