성격유형별 도덕지능 교수학습에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Teaching of Moral Intelligence by Character Types)

초록

본 연구에서는 인간의 인성 및 도덕성을 가늠할 수 있는 한국의 대학생 및 성인의 도덕지능 현 상태를 파악하여 인간의 성향에 따른 도덕성의 차이를 밝혀보는 것과 인간은 과연 나는 생각하는가? 아니면 느끼는가?의 차이를 비교해보고자 하였다. 한국 대학생들의 인성관련 지수의 정도를 객관적인 측정도구로 그 지표를 가늠해 보고, 학교와 평생교육 차원에서의 도덕교육의 방향성, 대학교육 기관 및 성인교육 기관의 도덕성 교수학습에 대하여 다루었다.
빈도분석의 지표를 해석함에 있어서 도덕지능의 최고 값의 결과에 대한 우선순위는 인지 및 정의적 영역과 행동적 영역의 차원으로 살펴볼 수 있다. 정의적 영역으로는 친절-존중-공감-공정-분별-자제와 관용의 높은 빈도이고, 행동적 영역으로는 존중-친절-공감-관용-공정-분별-자제의 빈도순이다. 이러한 결과적 지표에서 드러나는 특징으로는 두 영역에서 모두 높은 순위의 1,2,3순서에 친절, 존중, 공감의 도덕지능 덕목이 공존해 있다는 것이며, 낮은 순위에서는 분별, 자제가 있다. 도덕지능의 공감, 분별과 성격유형 감정형의 유기적 관계를 살펴보고자 상관분석을 실시하였다. 감정형에 비하여 보다 강한 감정형의 성격특성과 도덕지능의 공감 덕목의 개인/집단, 인지·정의/행동 차원 그리고 분별 덕목의 개인/집단 인지·정의/행동 차원의 결과 값은 감정형과 공감-개인-행동 차원의 도덕지능은 높은 수준의 정적상관을 나타내었으며, 감정형과 분별-개인-인지·정의 차원의 도덕지능, 분별-개인-행동 차원의 도덕지능은 매우 높은 정적상관을 보였다.
본 연구에서 주목하고 있는 인간의 도덕성 및 도덕지능에 관련하여 성격유형과 도덕지능의 관계성 분석의 결과는 인간 성격유형의 감정 유형이 도덕지능과의 상관관계를 보인다. 감정을 통제하지 않았을 경우 공감-개인-인지·정의 차원의 도덕지능과 공감-집단-인지·정의 차원의 도덕지능의 상관관계는 .310, 유의확률은 .000으로 나타났으며, 감정을 통제할 경우 그 상관관계는 .305, 유의확률은 .000으로 나타났다. 각 변인의 감정 통제 전후의 유의수준은 p<.001, p<.01, p<.05 로 유의확률을 나타나고 있다.

In this study, do you think that we should identify the current state of moral intelligence among college students and adults who can measure human personality and morality to reveal the difference in morality according to human tendencies? Or do you feel it?I tried to compare the differences between It measured the level of the personality-related index of Korean university students with objective measurement tools and dealt with the direction of moral education at the level of schools and lifelong education, and the moral teaching of university and adult education institutions.
In interpreting the indicators of frequency analysis, the priorities for the results of the highest value of moral intelligence can be viewed at the level of cognitive and just areas and behavioral areas. The defined area is the high frequency of kindness, respect, empathy, process, division, self-control, and tolerance, and the behavioral area is the order of frequency of respect, kindness, empathy, tolerance, process, division, self-control. The characteristic of these resulting indicators is that the moral intelligence virtues of kindness, respect and empathy coexist in the order of 1,2,3 of high rank in both areas, and in the lower ranks, there are discernment and self-control. Correlation analysis was conducted to examine the organic relationship between moral intelligence empathy, discernment and personality type emotional type. Compared to emotional and moral characteristics, the individual/group, the cognitive/justice/behavioral level, and the individual/group, the individual/group, the justice/behavioral level of the virtue of discernment expressed a high level of static correlation, and the individual-behavior level of moral intelligence showed a very high level of emotional and discernment, individual-person-identity, moral intelligence at the justice level.
The results of the analysis of the relationship between character type and moral intelligence in relation to human morality and moral intelligence being noted in this study show that the emotional type of human character type correlates with moral intelligence. If emotions were not controlled, the correlation between moral intelligence at the level of empathy, individual, cognitive, and justice and moral intelligence at the level of empathy, group, cognitive, and justice was found to be .310, significant probability .000, if emotions were controlled, the correlation was .305, and significant probability was .000. The significance level before and after the emotional control of each variable is p<.The probability is significant with 001, p<.01, p<.05.
