초록

Due to the rapid growth of the online distribution market, the complexity and difficulty of work for fulfillment in the warehouse are continuously increasing. However, there is a lack of research on factors to consider when introducing logistics automation facilities. This paper analyzes the four key factors and 12 sub-factors that should be reviewed for the introduction of automation facilities in the fulfillment center. AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) was used to analyze the relative importance difference of the factors. The results of the analysis of the total questionnaires showed that the importance was high in the order of economic efficiency, stability, flexibility, and responsiveness. However, the analysis results by distribution channels showed that flexibility was more important factor in online channels than offline channels.
In addition, as a result of analyzing the importance of shippers, logistics companies, and facility companies, shippers and facility companies were the most important factors in economic efficiency, but logistics companies were analyzed as relatively important factors in stability and flexibility. Through this, it was confirmed that it is necessary to review the facilities with high stability and flexibility when introducing logistics automation facilities in the fulfillment center. In addition, it was confirmed that facility companies should propose high economic facilities for ordering shippers and propose flexible facilities for ordering logistics companies.
