기관유형에 따른 만 2세미만 표준보육과정 운영실태 및 장애요인 인식 (The true condition of the operation and hindrance factors of the standard child care course for children less than two years old viewed through the recognition of child care teachers)

초록

본 연구는 보육교사가 지각한 만 2세 미만 표준보육과정 운영실태와 장애요인을 살펴보기 위하여 경기도의 보육교사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조사대상자의 기관유형에 따른 만 2세 미만 표준보육과정에 대한 교사의 인식을 살펴본 결과 표준보육과정 인식 여부, 목적과 목표, 성격 및 구성, 보육내용 및 교사지침 인식에서만 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 만 2세 미만 표준보육과정 운영실태를 살펴본 결과 기본생활영역에서는 몸을 깨끗이 하기, 즐겁게 먹기, 알맞게 잠자리와 휴식하기, 규칙적인 배설 습관갖기 영역에서만 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 사회관계영역에서는 자기존중, 정서인식과 조절, 다른 사람에게 관심가지기, 양육자와 애착형성하기 영역에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 의사소통영역에서는 그림책에 흥미가지기 영역에서만 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 예술경험영역에서는 모방행동 즐기기, 단순한 미술경험 시도하기 영역에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 기관유형에 따른 만 2세 미만 표준보육과정 운영의 장애요인을 살펴본 결과 영아의 발달수준 및 개인차에 대한 이해와 고려, 영아반을 위한 표준보육과정 현직연수나 워크샵의 부족, 표준보육과정 운영을 위한 전문성에 대한 요인이 장애요인인 것으로 지각하고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

영어초록

The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of investigating the recognition of child care teachers on the standard child care course for infants under two years old following the type of institution of the object of investigation, only in whether or not of recognition, purpose and objective, character and constitution, child care contents and the awareness of guidelines for teachers of the standard child care course, the difference statistically significant appeared. Second, as a result of looking into the reality of the operation of the standard child care course for infants under two years old, in basic life domain only in making the body clean, eating joyfully, appropriately sleeping and taking a rest, having regular excretion habit, the difference statistically significant appeared. In social relation domain, in self-respect, emotion cognition and adjustment, having interest in other people and forming attachment with fosterer, the difference statistically significant appeared. In communication domain, only in having interest in picture book, the difference statistically significant appeared. In art experience domain, only in enjoying imitative action, trying simple art experience, the difference statistically significant appeared. Third, as a result of looking into the hindrance factor of the operation of the standard child care course for infants under two years old following the type of institution, only in the argument that it was difficult to understand and consider the development level and individual variation of infants, the argument that current post training or workshop of the standard child care course for infant class and the argument that the professionalism for the operation of the standard child care course is insufficient, the difference statistically significant appeared.
