발달장애인 평생교육 프로그램 운영을 위한 학습참여-교수전략 탐색 연구: 장애인 평생교육 전문 인력의 인식을 중심으로 (Research on Learning Participation-teaching Strategies for Operating Lifelong Education Programs for People with Developmental Disabilities: Focusing on the Perception of Lifelong Education Profession)

초록

이 연구의 목적은 발달장애인들에게 질 높은 평생교육 프로그램을 제공하기 위해 현장에서 장애인 평생교육전문 인력에게 필요한 학습참여-교수전략에 대한 중요도와 실행도를 파악하는 것이다. 연구 목적을 달성하기위하여 발달장애인 평생교육 운영 기관 종사자, 성인기 발달장애 평생교육 프로그램 운영 경험이 있는 교⋅강사 등 장애인 평생교육 전문 인력을 137명을 대상으로 조사연구가 진행되었다. 설문에 대한 기초 자료는 대응표본 t검증과 IPA 분석을 하였으며 자료를 분석한 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발달장애인 평생교육 현장에서 사용되는 학습참여-교수전략에 대한 장애인 평생교육 전문 인력이 생각하는 중요도와 실행도를 비교 분석한 결과 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 학습참여-교수전략에 대한 IPA 분석 결과 우선 지원이 필요한 영역의 전략을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 교수⋅학습방법에서는 다감각적 교수, 지역사회 참조 교수, 지역사회 중심 교수로나타났으며 행동중재에서는 자기점검으로 나타났다. 반면에 교수적합화에는 우선 지원이 필요한 제2사분면에어떠한 전략도 포함되지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 결과는 발달장애인 평생교육 프로그램을 운영하는전문 인력에게 우선지원이 필요한 학습참여-교수전략을 자료를 확보하고 질 높은 프로그램을 제공하기 위한 전문성 향상 방안의 기초 자료를 제공했다는 것에 의의가 있다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the degree of importance and implementation of learning participation-teaching strategies required by lifelong education professionals for the disabled in the field in order to provide high-quality lifelong education programs to people with developmental disabilities.
In order to achieve the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted targeting 137 people who specialize in lifelong education for the disabled, including employees of institutions that operate lifelong education for the developmentally disabled and teachers and instructors with experience in operating lifelong education programs for developmental disabilities in adulthood. The basic data for the survey was analyzed using paired-sample t-test and IPA, and the results of the data analysis are as follows.
First, a significant difference was found as a result of comparing and analyzing the importance and implementation level of lifelong education experts with disabilities regarding the learning participation-teaching strategies used in the field of lifelong education for people with developmental disabilities. Second, as a result of the IPA analysis of learning participation-teaching strategies, the strategies in areas that require priority support included teaching strategies included multisensory teaching, community-referenced teaching, and community-centered teaching, and behavioral guidance strategies included self-inspection. On the other hand, curriculum restructuring (teaching adaptation) did not appear to include any strategies in the second quadrant, which requires priority support. The results of this study are significant in that they secured data on learning participation-teaching strategies that require priority support for professional personnel operating lifelong education programs for people with developmental disabilities and provided basic data for professional improvement measures to provide high-quality programs.
