초록

1988년 서울올림픽을 계기로 시작된 코리안 드림 이후, 노무, 취업, 무역 등으로 한국에 체류하고 있는 재한 조선족의 수는 80만 명에 육박하고 있다. 이들은 가리봉동, 대림동 등지를 중심으로 조선족 타운을 형성하고 ‘재한동포문인협회’를 결성하였으며 신문, 잡지 및 문학작품집을 출간하면서 활발하게 창작 활동을 하고 있다. 이들은 조선족 문학의 한 갈래이면서도 세계 한글문학의 중요한 한 갈래로 자리 잡고 있다.
본고에서는 상호텍스트성과 소설 미학의 관점으로 류재순, 김노, 구호준, 조은경, 강재희, 구용기, 리동렬 등 작가의 단편 소설들을 중심으로 재한 조선족 소설의 주제의식의 변화과정과 창작특징을 추적하고자 하였다. 첫째는 재한 조선족들의 어려운 삶의 모습과 디아스포라의 비애와 울분, 한국 재외동포 정책의 문제점을 예술적으로 재현하고 고발한 작품들이고, 둘째는 재한 조선족 자체의 도덕적 불감증과 정신적 타락상에 대해 고발한 작품이며, 셋째는 재한 조선족의 정체성의 조정과 변화, 바람직한 삶의 자세와 태도를 다룬 작품들이다. 특히 리동렬의 단편 <저 꽃이 불편하다>는 조선족 출신의 여주인공 헤라의 형상을 통해 누구든지 남에게 불편한 존재가 되지 않으려면 주체적인 힘을 키워 남에게 도움이 되는 존재로 거듭나는 길밖에 없음을, 대척(對蹠) 관계에 있는 모든 사람들이 이러한 주체적인 힘과 의지, 아량과 흉금을 가질 때만이 화합과 평화를 가져올 수 있음을 말해준다.
재한 조선족 작가들은 코리안 드림의 물결을 타고 한국에 와서 조선족 형제자매들과 운명을 같이 하면서 이방인의 고뇌와 슬픔, 자아 성찰과 반성, 그리고 주체의식의 변화를 통한 정체성의 재조정 과정을 예술적으로 보여줌으로써 ‘역사의 서기관’으로서의 사명을 수행했다. 따라서 현장성과 사실성, 진정성은 중국 내 조선족 소설과 다른 재한 조선족 소설의 강점이라 할 수 있다.

영어초록

After the 1988 Seoul Olympics were held in Korea, the occasion was seen by many Korean Chinese as a sign of having, so-called Korean dream, which allows them to attain their own version of success in Korea, with their population numbers staying in Korea ultimately reaching 800,000 people while engaging in various jobs including labor, employment, trade, etc. They are actively creating activities by forming a Korean Chinese town around Garibbong-dong and Daelim-dong, establishing the Dong-in Journalists Association, and publishing newspapers, scholarly publications, and literary works. Korean Chinese literatures written by Korean Chinese with experiences of many twists and turns residing in Korea has become well established as an important branch of Korean literature as well as a part of Korean Chinese literature.
In this paper, traced the process of thematic consciousness change and creation characteristics of Korean novels focusing on the short stories of writers such as Ryu Jae-soon, Kim No, Ku Ho-jun, Cho Eun-kyung, Kang Jae-hee, Gu Yong-ki, and Ri Dong-ryul etc. from the perspective of intertextuality and novel aesthetics. First, it is works that artfully represent and disclose the emotions variously described as some form of grief or resentment felt by diasporas and the difficulties that Korean Chinese had faced with Korean government policies of overseas Koreans. Second, it is works that reportedly reveal the accusation of the moral insensitivity and mental corruption of the Korean Chinese themselves. Third, it is works that deal with the adjustment and change of the Korean Chinese identity living in Korea and the desirable life attitude. The Lee Dong-ryul 's short film, "The Flower is disturbing," particularly suggests that harmony and peace is brought about only when all those who are opposed to each other have their own strengths and hopes, generosity, and open mind, thereby being themselves to give help to others from the viewpoint of the female main character, Hera, who is ethnically Korean Chinese, by raising her own strength in order not to be disturbing to others. In other words, Korean Chinese writers residing in Korean fulfilled their mission as a scribe of history by artistically showing the agony and sorrow of foreigners, introspection and self-reflection, and rearrangement of identity through the thematic consciousness change, coming to Korea and sharing their destiny with Korean Chinese hoping to achieve a Korean Dream. Therefore, the strengths of Korean Chinese novels written by Korean Chinese residing in Korea compared to other Korean Chinese novels in China are reality, siteness and sincerity.
