장애 관련 영아 대상 국내 연구 동향 분석: 2006년∼2015년 (An Analysis of Research Trends Regarding Under the Age of 36 Months Children with Disabilities in Korea: Literature Review of the Studies Published in 2006∼2015)

최근 장애 관련 영아의 조기 발견과 조기개입 등에 대한 법적인 체제 구축과 정책의 추진 방향성 등으로 발달지체(지연)․장애 위험․장애 영아에 대한 연구적 관심과 실행을 위한 현장적 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 장애 관련 영아를 대상으로 한 논문들을 체계적으로 분석하고, 이를 토대로 향후 연구방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 2006년부터 2015년까지 국내 학회지에 게재된 총 75편의 논문을 선정하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 발달지체․장애 위험․장애 영아를 포함하는 장애 영아 관련 연구는 2013년 이후 양적으로 증가되고 있으나, 특수교육과 재활치료 등의 관련서비스 분야에 연구가 편중되는 양상이었다. 둘째, 연구의 대상은 영아가 주를 이루었으며 영아의 관련인인 부모, 전문가에 관한 연구, 부모와 전문가가 함께 참여한 연구의 분포는 낮았다. 셋째, 연구 주제는 선별진단 도구개발 관련 연구가 가장 많았고, 가족지원 관련 연구는 소수가 실시되었다. 넷째, 연구방법은 선별진단 도구개발 연구가 많았으며 분리환경 중심의 실험연구와 가정방문을 통한 관찰 등 자연환경 중심의 질적연구가 상대적으로 높게 실시되었다. 이러한 분석 결과를 통해 장애 관련 영아와 가족을 위한 조기개입 접근에 대한 향후 연구 방향과 실행 요인을 제안하였다.

Recently, owing to the establishment of legal system and the direction for policy implementation of the early case finding and the early intervention of the under the age of 36 months children with disabilities, There are growing interests in the field for its implementation as well as research interest in the developmental delayed children, at-risk children, and under the age of 36 months children with disabilities in general. This study selected 75 papers on the under the age of 36 months children with disabilities from the published journals in Korea and made a systematic analyses to suggest the direction for the future researches. First, the results indicated that the researches on the under the age of 36 months children with disabilities including the developmental delayed children, at-risk children, and under the age of 36 months children with disabilities in general have been increasing in quantity since 2013, they were heavily weighed in the related services such as special education and the rehabilitative therapy. Second, the main object of study was the under the age of 36 months children, and the rest are spread into parents, experts, and the parents plus the experts. Third, the most frequent subject of study was on the test tool development of screening test and diagnostic test and the study of family support is followed. Fourth, the most highly used method of study was the tool development of screening test and diagnostic test and the experimental studies of segregated environments and the qualitative study focused on natural environment such as observation by home visit are followed. With this results of analyses, the future direction of the field implementation as well as the research on this topic has been suggested.
