관광활동·관광만족·웰빙지각의 한·중·일 국가간 비교분석 (Tourism Activities, Satisfaction and Sense of Well-Being : An Analysis of the Differences between Korea, China and Japan)

초록

본 연구에서는 관광활동을 통한 삶의 질을 높이기 위한 방안 모색을 통하여 동북아 3개국(한․중․일)의 관광산업을 키우기 위한 노력을 제시해보고자 하였다.
수집된 자료는 SPSS 15.0과 AMOS 7.0을 이용하여 분석하였다.
분석결과 첫째, 관광활동 · 관광만족 · 웰빙지각(심리적 · 주관적웰빙)과의 관계는 관광활동은 관광만족에, 관광만족은 심리적웰빙에 긍정적인 영향을 미치나 주관적 웰빙에는 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 국가별 변수들 간의 관계는 3개국 모두에서 동일한 관계를 가지며, 변수들의 영향력크기 또한 동일한 순서로 나타났다. 구성개념들 간의 경로계수는 3개국 모두 관광활동이 관광만족에, 관광만족은 심리적웰빙에, 심리적웰빙은 주관적웰빙에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 관광만족이 주관적 웰빙에 미치는 영향은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 어떤 나라에 거주하더라도 관광경험을 함으로써 지각하는 만족과 웰빙지각에는 별 차이가 없음을 추론할 수 있을 것이다.

영어초록

In this analysis it was assumed that there would differences in the relationships between tourism satisfaction and sense of well-being obtained from tourism activities in the three far eastern countries –namely, Korea, China and Japan as there are differences in each country’s social standing that is indicated by numerous factors (national income, extent of happiness and equal opportunities, and quality of life).
This study, founded on previous research, investigated the differences between these three countries and has developed suggestions that will enhance the quality of life through leisure activities tourism activities, and ultimately strengthen the tourism industry.
The collected information has been analyzed by SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 7.0. and the results were as follows. First, tourism activities, tourism satisfaction, psychological well being and subjective wellbeing, tourism activities showed a positive influence on tourism satisfaction. Tourism satisfaction brought about positive influences on the psychological well-being; however, it had no direct impact on the subjective well-being of the individuals.
Second, the relationships between variables of each country were identical. They had the same relationships in all three countries, and the level of influence of each variable occurred in the same order. The process factor between the constructs showed that in all three countries, tourism activities influence tourism satisfaction, Tourism satisfaction influenced psychological well-being, and while psychological well being influenced subjective well-being, tourism satisfaction had no meaningful influence on subjective well-being.
It had been assumed that the relationship between tourism satisfaction obtained from tourism activities and recognition of sense of well-being would differ from one country to another, as the three countries show different social standings, results indicated this was not the case. This strongly suggests that in any country, there would be no difference between the satisfaction recognized from experiencing tourism activities and recognition of wellbeing.
In conclusion, the quality of life experienced by each individual obtained from tourism activities was more strongly influenced by personal environmental factors, especially personal standards, as the quality of life or happiness is an experience perceived subjectively.
