로하스 라이프스타일이 건강식 레스토랑 선택, 신뢰, 만족과 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The effects of LOHAS lifestyle on healthy restaurant selection, trust, satisfaction and loyalty)

초록

본 연구는 LOHAS에 대한 인식이 건강식 레스토랑 선택, 신뢰, 만족, 충성도 등의 관계를 파악하고자 시도하였다. 또한 각 경로별로 성별, 연령별 차이를 분석하고자 하였다. 이러한 시도는 최근 COVID-19로 인해 외식산업에서 안전에 대한 욕구가 자연스럽게 나타났으며 또한 건강식 레스토랑에 대한 관심도 증가하고 있는 추세이어서 매우 시의적절한 연구라고 생각된다. 본 연구는 엠브레인 조사업체의 도움으로 진행되었으며, 편의할당표본추출에 의해 20대, 30대, 40대가 각각 110명, 남성과 여성의 성비가 165명으로 같게 조사되었다. 또한 조사응답자들의 거주지도 전국적인 조사가 되어 LOHAS에 대한 인식 및 건강식 레스토랑 선택과 신뢰, 만족, 충성도 등의 관계를 파악하는 데에 매우 유용한 조사였다고 사료된다. 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 속성을 정제하여 LOHAS에 대한 인식에서는 지속가능성, 스트레스관리, 건강음식섭취, 영적생활 등의 요인이 도출되었으며, 건강식 레스토랑, 신뢰, 만족, 충성도 등의 요인이 도출되었다. 전체 구성요인에 대한 확인요인분석결과 평균분산 추출값이 .5 이상으로 추출되었으며, 개념 신뢰도는 .7 이상으로 추출되었다. 따라서 집중타당성이 있는 것으로 판단하였으며, 또한 상관관계분석을 통해 살펴본 결과 판별타당성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 구조모형분석결과 LOHAS에 대한 인식에서 지속가능성과 스트레스관리는 건강식 레스토랑 선택에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 건강식 레스토랑은 신뢰 및 만족에 유의적인 정의 영향을 미치며, 신뢰는 만족에 만족은 충성도에 유의적인 정의 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 신뢰는 충성도에 유의적인 영향력이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이하에서 연구의 시사점 및 한계점을 논하였다.

영어초록

This study attempted to understand the relationship between perceptions of lifestyle of health and sustainability (LOHAS) and healthy restaurant selection, trust, satisfaction, and loyalty. In addition, we tried to analyze the differences by gender and age for each paths. Such an attempt is considered to be a very timely study as the desire for safety in the food service industry has naturally emerged due to the recent COVID-19, and interest in healthy restaurants is also on the rise. This study was conducted with the help of Embrain’s research company, and 110 people in their 20’s, 30’s, and 40’s, respectively, and 165 males and females were investigated equally by convenient allocation sampling. In addition, it is considered that it was a very useful survey to understand the relationship between the perception of LOHAS and healthy restaurant selection and trust, satisfaction, and loyalty as the survey respondents’ residence was also a nationwide survey. By refining attributes through exploratory factor analysis, factors such as sustainability, stress management, healthy food intake, and spiritual life were distilled from the perception of LOHAS, and factors such as healthy restaurant, trust, satisfaction, and loyalty were derived. As a result of the confirmatory factor analysis for all the constituent factors, the average variance extracted value was extracted to be .5 or higher, and the construct reliability was extracted to be .7 or higher. Therefore, it was judged that there is concentrated validity, and as a result of examining through correlation analysis, it was found that there was discriminant validity. As a result of structural model analysis, sustainability and stress management in the perception of LOHAS were found to have an effect on healthy restaurant selection, healthy restaurant had a significant positive effect on trust and satisfaction. Trust also influenced on satisfaction and satisfaction had a positive effect on loyalty. However, it was found that trust had no significant effect on loyalty. The implications and limitations of the study are discussed.
