초록

One of the characteristics of recent social and economic changes is the increase in women's employment and the prevalence of working couples. In the case of working women, the mode of life is separated by traditional gender differences, and even if women are employed, they are still required to play basic roles in family life regardless of their work life, and the reality is that most female workers are increasingly conflicted and stressed due to time constraints and role overload. This study aims to lay the academic foundation for what efforts individuals, workplaces, and societies should make in order to improve the quality of life by identifying the differences and characteristics between gender groups through empirical analysis, focusing on variables such as balance issues in family life and work life and their desires, participation, and response styles for leisure activities for working couples. The results of this study will be used in the future as a theoretical. It is thought that it will have great practical implications.
In this study, questionnaires were distributed to 950 working couples working in primary and secondary schools and financial institutions, and a total of 610 questionnaires were used for the final analysis, excluding the questionnaires with low response rates or insincere responses out of the 685 collected questionnaires.
The survey was conducted from June 15, 2023 to July 30, 2023, and analysis methods such as frequency analysis, difference analysis, chi-squares test, and multivariate test were used for the empirical analysis.
