Question 1. In this essay, discuss power and national power in accordance with the following guideline
A) What are the characteristics of power?
Power has some characteristics. Above all, power exist on the basis of one`s superior capabilities over another. G7(United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, Canada, Itary) are more powerful than underdeveloped country like a Grenada because of Their superior capabilities.
However, Power differ from influence. For example, The Prime Minister Seungsu Han influences the President Myeongbak Lee. Even though the President take his counselthe, President has power over the Prime Minister. Because he has the means to impose his will upon the Prime Minister.
