초록

This research aims to draw the useful implication in the operation of food service enterprise by grasping the duty stress, the duty enthusiasm and the change immersion for the genuine leadership of manager of food service enterprise. The collection of data for the analysis has been implemented targeting employees of food service enterprise from February 1, 2018 to February 28; total 305 copies of statistics have been processed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 except 6 copies replying inadequately out of collected 311 copies. The covariance structure analysis has been implemented for the hypothesis verification; the summarized verification result is as follows: It appeared that the higher the self-recognition and the relational transparency are recognized, the lower the duty stress becomes, the balanced information processing and the internalized ethical value have been analyzed not to have the significant influence on the duty stress. It appeared that the higher the self-recognition, the relational transparency, the balanced information processing and the internalized ethical value are recognized; the higher the change immersion is recognized. Accordingly the useful implication has been presented in the management of food service enterprise base on the result of hypothesis verification like this.
