혁신교육지구 사업과 마을교육공동체 운영의 관계 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between the Implementation of the Innovative Education District and the Operation of the Village Education Community)

초록

본 연구의 목적은 혁신교육지구 사업과 마을교육공동체 운영 관계를 분석하여 교육 위기에 대응할 수 있는 교육공동체의 방향성을 제시를 위함이다. 이를 위해 혁신교육지구 사업과 마을교육공동체에 대한 선행연구와 현황을 파악하고 혁신교육지구 사업과 마을교육공체 운영의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 지역별 교육지구 명칭은 다양하게 사용되면서 교육공동체를 구축하고 있다. 둘째, 지역별로 혁신교육지구 사업과 마을교육공동체 운영의 관계를 네 가지 유형으로 파악할 수 있다. 셋째, 유형별로 지역을 구분하였다. 넷째, 혁신교육지구 사업과 마을교육공동체 내용의 유사성 및 중복성을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 앞으로 교육공동체의 발전을 위해서 실제 현장에서 다양하게 활용할 수 있는 혁신교육지구 사업과 마을교육공동체 운영의 연계 및 통합을 위한 통합모형 개발이 필요성과 교육협력을 위한 다양한 지역자원의 확보, 지역사회의 다양한 인적·물적 자원 조직, 지역교육 인프라 개발이 시급함을 제안하였다. 또한, 해당 지역의 지역성을 담아낼 수 있는 활동, 프로그램을 더욱 활발히 개발과 플랫폼 개발 및 홍보, 보급의 필요성도 제안하였다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of the educational community that can respond to the educational crisis by analyzing the relationship between the innovative education district project and the operation of the village education community. Therefore, prior research and current status of the innovation education district project and the village education community were identified, and the relationship between the innovative education district project and the operation of the village education community was analyzed. The results of the study are that first, the names of regional education districts are used in various ways to build an educational community. Second, the relationship between the innovative education district project and the operation of the village education community by region can be identified into four types. Third, regions were classified by type. Fourth, it was possible to confirm the similarity and overlap between the contents of the innovative education district project and the village education community. Therefore, for the future development of the educational community, it is necessary to develop an integrated model for linking and integrating the innovative education district project and the operation of the village education community that can be used in various ways in the actual field. In addition, it is urgent to secure various local resources for educational cooperation, to organize various human and material resources in the local community, and to develop local educational infrastructure. Finally, it is necessary to actively develop local activities and programs and develop, promote, and disseminate the platform.
