성폭력범죄 전자감독대상자의 준수사항 위반행동에 미치는 영향요인 연구 (A Study on Influencing Factors on Compliance Violation Behaviors of Electronic Monitoring Subjects for Sexual Violence Crimes)

초록

이 연구는 준수사항 위반행동을 종속변수로 하여 종단적 관점에서 잠재성장모형을활용하여 각 이론에 기반에 주요 요인들이 종속변수에 어떠한 영향이 있는지를 확인하고자 하였다. 독립변수는 각각 인구사회학적 변수, 억제이론, 사회유대이론, 사회재통합이론, 심리적 관점을 기반으로 추출하였다. 연구분석을 위하여 각 변수들에 대한기술통계분석과 상관관계분석을 선결적으로 진행하였으며, 최종적으로 잠재성장모형을 활용하였다. 잠재성장모형분석은 총 3단계로 구성되며, 1단계에서는 종속변수의평균적 발달궤적을 분석하고, 2단계에서 시간적으로 고정된 독립변수를 투입하는 방식으로 분석하였다. 3단계는 이 연구의 최종모형으로 시간 가변적 변수를 투입하여분석하였다.
분석결과 시간 고정적 변수 중 전자장치부착기간은 준수사항 위반행동의 발달궤적초기치에 정(+)의 관계가 있었으며, 총 전과 횟수는 초기치와 변화율, 2차항 모두에서 유의미한 영향을 보였다. 시간 가변적 변수 중에는 부모관계, 생계안정성, 담당관의지도･감독 횟수가 유의미한 관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.
이 연구는 종속변수의 평균적 궤적을 분석대상으로 하였다는 점에 한계가 있으나그럼에도 불구하고 성폭력범죄 전자감독대상자의 준수사항 위반행동에 영향을 미치는요인을 종단적 시각에서 검증하고자 하였다는 점, 전자장치부착기간동안 변하는 시간가변적 변수를 주요 변수로 활용하였다는 점에 그 의의가 있다.

영어초록

This study attempted to confirm how major factors affect the dependent variable based on each theory by using the latent growth model from a longitudinal perspective with compliance violation behavior as the dependent variable. Independent variables were extracted based on demographic variables, suppression theory, social bond theory, social reintegration theory, and psychological perspective, respectively.
For the research analysis, descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis for each variable were preliminarily conducted, and finally, the potential growth model was used. The analysis of the latent growth model consists of a total of three stages. In the first stage, the average development trajectory of the dependent variable was analyzed, and in the second stage, a temporally fixed independent variable was analyzed. Step 3 was analyzed by inputting time-variable variables into the final model of this study.
As a result of the analysis, among the time-fixed variables, the period of attachment to the electronic device had a positive (+) relationship with the initial value of the development trajectory of compliance violation behavior, and the total number of convictions showed a significant effect in both the initial value, the change rate, and the secondary term. Among time-variable variables, it was analyzed that parental relationship, livelihood stability, and the number of times of guidance and supervision by the officer in charge had a significant relationship.
This study has limitations in that the average trajectory of the dependent variable was analyzed, but nevertheless, it was intended to verify the factors influencing the compliance violation behavior of sexual assault crime electronic supervision subjects from a longitudinal perspective, electronic devices It is significant that time-variable variables that change during the attachment period were used as the main variables.
