초록

현재 주요 정보들은 인삼의 주요 서식지를 한국과 중국, 만주, 소련 연해주라 밝힌다. 인삼은 약성이 유난히 빼어난 귀한 약재인 데다가 서식지가 지극히 제한적이다. 인삼을 제재로 그것을 신비한 영물로 가공하여 재생산한 설화는 대부분 한국과 중국 동북부에서 발생 된 것이라 해도 과언이 아니다. 한 지역에서 생산 전승되어 향유되는 이야기만큼 그것을 즐기는 사람들의 기호가 명확하게 드러나 있는 것은 없다. 또 지역성과 민족성이 가장 순수하게 반영 되어 있는 문학을 들라하면 해당 민족의 토착 고유 설화를 들 수 있을 것이다. 이야기가 산생되어 광범위하게 전파, 회자 되는 데에는 감동, 흥미, 의미, 전달력 등 여러 가지 이유가 있다. 그 가운데 가장 중요한 요인은 감상하고자 하는 이의 기호에 맞아야 하는 것이다. 그래야 강한 전파력과 끈질긴 생명력이 발휘된다. 이런 맥락에서 ‘인삼’은 한국인과 만주족에게 더 없이 좋은 이야기거리이다. 인삼은 중국 동북지역 사람들에게 그 자체가 스토리가 될 만큼 신비하고 특별한 대상이다. 그들은 인삼으로 이야기를 만들고 이야기 속에서 인삼을 더욱 특별한 것으로 재탄생시켰다. 이렇게 인삼은 그럴듯한 이야기가 되어 구연과 전승을 반복하며 중국 동북지역 고유의 이야기로 남았다. 본 연구의 목적은 세계에서 한국과 함께 인삼설화를 생산 전승하고 있는 유일한 민족인 만주족의 인삼과 그들의 인삼이야기를 통해 그들만의 사유체계를 살펴보는 것이다. 만주족의 인삼 이야기를 통해 과거 순박한 만주족의 의식세계와 그 정체성을 탐색하고자 하는 것이다. 중국 동북에 거주했던 만주족이 생산 전승한 인삼설화를 분석하는 것은 만주족의 고유 정서를 이해하고 그들과 관련된 정보를 얻는데 상당히 적합하고 중요한 자료이다. 주지하듯이 만주족은 고유의 문학이 거의 없는 관계로 현재 그들의 정신유산을 이해할 수 있는 자료 매우 귀한 실정이다. 특히 민간문학 자료는 전무하다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 때문에 만주족의 인삼설화는 그들의 정체성을 이해하는 귀한 자료 가운데 하나라 할 수 있다. 연구는 과거 만주족에게 인삼은 어떤 존재였으며 그들은 그것은 어떻게 대하고 있는지 살펴보는 것으로 기초가 마련될 것이다. 그리고 청대 만주족의 다양한 문헌 속에서 인삼이 어떻게 형상화되고 있는지에 대한 조사와 정리가 진행될 것이다. 이어 만주족 고유의 인삼설화를 구체적으로 분석해 그 특징을 도출할 것이다. 이를 통해 만주족의 정서와 사유체계의 일면을 이해하는 기초가 마련될 것이다. 물론 단 몇 편, 그것도 구술채록 된 이야기의 분석을 통해 한 민족의 민족성과 정체성의 완전한 이해가 가능하지는 않을 것이다. 시론적 차원의 결과를 도출하고자 하는 것이다. 만주족의 인삼이야기에 대한 연구는 유구하게 쓰인 문자도 고유의 문학도 형성하지 못한 수백 년 전 평범하거나 평범하기도 어려웠던 만주족이 어떤 삶을 살았고 그들은 무엇을 생각하고 희망했는지를 이해하는 단초가 될 것이다.

South Korea and northern China are almost the only ginseng habitats. be particularly vulnerable to ginseng So there are so many stories of ginseng in this area. Most of the myths created by processing ginseng as a mysterious artifact under sanctions have originated in this area. This is not an exaggeration. In fact, there are no other stories about ginseng being sanctioned except in Korea and its northeastern region. Stories produced and disseminated in certain areas clearly show the tastes of those who enjoy them. Literature with the purest reflection of locality and ethnicity is a folktale. There are many reasons why a story is born, spread, and talked about, including its touching, interest, meaning, and communicative power.However, it should suit the taste of those who want to appreciate it. That's the only way to generate strong radio waves and tenacious vitality. For the story to fit the reader's preferences, you will need: First, the content should be free from rejection. Second, the material should be familiar. Third, I attach great significance to what readers consider special. And you have to be able to elicit emotion. In this context, “ginseng” is a very good storyline for Koreans and Manchurians. Ginseng itself is a mysterious and special subject that will become a story for people in the Northeast. The Manchurians added beauty and mystery to the speciality of plants growing on their living grounds. Specially made and read long. They made the story with ginseng. This study tries to examine their own private systems through the stories of Manchurian ginseng and their ginseng. In other words, through the characteristics of Manju's ginseng story, we will explore the simple Manju family's consciousness world in the past. To figure this out, we first looked at the relationship between the Manchurians and ginseng. And we looked at how ginseng is depicted in ancient Chinese literature. He then examined the ginseng myths of Manchuria and analyzed them in detail. Of course, you cannot fully understand your ethnicity and identity through just a few stories. However, we intend to produce results on a poetic level.
The study of the Manju people's ginseng story will be the beginning of understanding what life the Manchurians had and what they had hoped for hundreds of years ago, when neither literal nor unique literature was formed.
