中国高校教师赴韩国留学对中国高校国际化的影响 (A Study on the Influence of Chinese University Teachers Studying in Korea on the Internationalization of Chinese Universities)

초록

한중 양국은 1992년 수교 이래 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화, 교육 등 각 분야에서 긴밀한 교류· 협력 관계를 구축해왔다. 교육 분야의 교류를 살펴보면, 한중 모두 상대국에서 온 유학생 수가 절대적 우위를 점유했다. 신종 코로나바이러스 등으로 비록 전체적인 유학생 수는 줄었지만, 중국 학생들의 한국 유학 열정은 식지 않고 있다. 특히 박사학위 취득을 위한 중국 대학교수의 한국 유학 비율은 계속 증가하고 있다.
대학의 국제화는 대학 경쟁력 측정의 중요한 지표이다. 대학교수는 교육, 연구 및 봉사를 통해 대학의 경쟁력을 강화하고, 유학을 통한 선진 교육 체제의 학습을 통해 대학의 국제화에 직접적인 영향을 미치게 된다. 본 연구는 중국 대학교수의 한국 유학이 중국 대학의 국제화에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여, 한국에서 박사학위를 취득한 10명의 중국 대학교수들을 선정하여 심층 면담을 진행했다. 심층 면담의 핵심은 유학한 교수들의 교육, 연구, 봉사활동 영역에서의 성과와 국제화와의 관계를 밝히는 내용으로 구성했다. 결론적으로 중국 대학교수의 한국 유학이 대학의 교육과정과 인재양성, 연구 및 봉사의 영역에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 대학의 국제화를 촉진하게 된다는 것을 밝히게 되었다.

영어초록

Since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1992, Korea and China have established close exchanges and cooperative relations in various fields such as politics, economy, society, culture, and education. Especially when speaking of education, the number of international students from each other countries occupied the absolute advantage in both Korea and China. Although the overall number of international students has decreased due to the COVID-19 , Chinese students' enthusiasm for studying in Korea has not cooled down. In particular, the proportion of Chinese university teachers studying in Korea to obtain a doctorate degree continues to increase. The internationalization of universities is an important indicator of university competitiveness. University teachers strengthen the competitiveness of universities through education, research, and service, and directly affect the internationalization of universities through learning of an advanced educational system abroad. In order to analyze the influence of Chinese university teachers studying in Korea on the internationalization of Chinese universities, this study selected 10 Chinese university teachers who obtained doctorate degrees in Korea and conducted in-depth interviews. The core of the in-depth interview consisted of revealing the relationship between the performance of teachers who studied abroad in the fields of education, research, and service and internationalization. In conclusion, it was revealed that Chinese university teachers' study in Korea has a positive influence on the university's curriculum, talent development, research and service, and promotes the internationalization of universities.
