은행원의 역량과 고객 지향성에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Effects of Bankers Competencies on the Customer Orientation)

초록

최근 들어 은행원과 고객이 직접 만나는 서비스 금융기관에서 고객 지향성이더욱 강조되고 있으며 은행원의 경쟁력은 은행의 경쟁우위를 창출하는 원동력이며, 조직의 지속적 생존과 발전을 위한 전략적 요소이자 핵심자산이라는 공감대가 형성되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 은행의 경영전략을 수립하는 데있어 은행원의 고객 지향성에 미치는 영향과 이러한 변수가 은행의 경영성과에어떻게 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보았다. 첫째, 은행원의 역량 중 성취지향 역량,조직혁신 역량과 조직헌신역량은 경영성과에는 영향을 미쳤으나 팀워크와 협력 역량은 경영성과에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서은행원 종사자의 역량수준이 높을수록 은행원의 경영성과에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 것으로 예측할 수 있으며 은행원의 역량이 직접 경영성과에 관계가 있음을시사하고 있다. 둘째, 은행원의 역량이 고객 지향성에 미치는 영향에 대한 검증결과 성취지향 역량, 팀워크와 협력 역량, 조직 혁신성 역량은 은행원의 고객지향성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고객 지향성은 은행원경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치므로 은행원의 경영성과를 높이기 위해서는 은행업에 종사하는 은행원이 고객 지향성을 높이기 위한 노력이 필요할 것으로사료된다. 본 연구를 통해 금융기관에서 고객 지향성을 강화하기 위한 은행원의 역량모델 구축 및 역량개발의 실무적인 측면에서 더욱 많은 시사점을 제공할 수 있었다.

영어초록

On management strategies for the survival of companies that can respondwell to changes in the economic environment, domestic and otherinterested in a situation where the business environment is changing rapidly,is very high. Bankers Competencies customers' needs and changes in thecompetitive environment in order to survive with the rapid increase indemand to open new market space to create a new management strategy todominate this market, creating products and services for consumer values andcorporate values.
First of employee competencies and business performance managementperformance in relation to competency achievement orientation and customerorientation capabilities of the positive (+) significant influence from affectingbusiness performance showed Factors other than competence showed asignificant influence indirectly through mediation of service orientation andservice commitment. Service organization heonsik competence, customerorientation skills, customer orientation skills, organizational commitment andcompetence, and organizational innovation capability management performanceparameters to service orientation significant effect of the positive (+) effectappeared, and organizational innovation capabilities commitment to businessperformance parameters have been identified that affects a significant positive(+).
Second, employees, employee competency and service orientation andrelationship competencies competency achievement orientation, customerorientation skills, A service-oriented organizational innovation capability,organizational commitment and competence to be affecting a significantpositive (+) respectively. In this study, valid indicators of employeecompetency, looked at existing research is limited to the BankersCompetencies or hotel, but as a destination in the country engaged in theBankers Competencies employees to expand by examining a more validindicator of the competence of the employees can see that present theresults of a comprehensive study.
Executive support and commitment to service in order to improve theservice orientation of employees to improve Bankers Competencies imagesand to evaluate the level of customer satisfaction, as well as improve theefficiency of the Bankers Competencies business services within aservice-oriented efforts clues as role Bankers Competencies betweensustainable competitive advantage through overall will enable.
