초록

The purpose of this study was to examine that was any relationship in recognition of parents' educational goal, customers satisfaction, repurchase intention and recommendation intention purpose about physical education programme of disabled children that provide from the nonprofit organizations. In this study to achieve these purposes, the recognition of parents' educational goal and satisfaction surveys according to participate of physical education programme of disabled children questionnaire for collecting data was purposeful sampling for participating 150 disabled parents in physical education at G the disabled sports center and H the disabled sports center at B metropolitan city from 1st of July 2010 to 30th of August and finally, this study were used 134 questionnaires except 16 people with lack of data.
Recovered data was analyzed using SPSS 19.0 statistical programme and the technical analysis was used principle component analysis, frequency analysis, multiple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis. The relationship of recognition of parents' educational goal and customers satisfaction and repurchase purpose and recommendation purpose for the disabled physical education programme through the methods and procedures of study as above are like this.
First, between the recognition of parents' educational goal and customer satisfaction showed to exist a significant relationship. Second, between the customer satisfaction and repurchase purposes showed to exist a significant relationship. Third, between the customers satisfaction and recommendation purposes showed to exist a significant relationship.
