차세대영재기업인의 창업동기, 기업가 핵심역량과 창업의지에 대한 자기회귀교차지연 효과 (Analysis of Autoregressive Crosslagged Effect on Entrepreneurial Motivation, Entrepreneurs Core Competency and Entrepreneurial Intentions of Next Generation Gifted Entrepreneurs)

초록

이 연구의 목적은 IP 영재기업인교육원을 경험한 차세대영재기업인을 대상으로 창업동기, 기업인핵심역량과 창업의지간의 종단적 인과관계를 분석하는데 있다. 이를위해 한국발명진흥회에서 실시한 차세대영재기업인 종단연구자료 중 1차년도(교육원입학직전), 2차년도(교육원 재학중), 3차년도(교육원 수료 후)까지의 종단 데이터를활용하여 자기회기교차지연모형을 적용하였다. 연구결과, 차세대영재기업인의 창업동기, 기업가 핵심역량, 창업의지는 모두 시간의 경과에 따라 안정적으로 정적인 영향을 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 세 변인 모두 자기회귀에서 시간이 지날수록 영향력이보다 큰 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교차지연 효과에서 이전 시점의 창업동기는 이후의기업가 핵심역량에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고, 이전 시점의 기업가 핵심역량은이후 시점의 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 정적 인과관계가 나타났다. 교차지연계수의크기를 비교했을 때, 기업가 핵심역량이 창업의지에 미치는 영향력이 창업동기가 기업가 핵심역량에 미치는 영향력보다 더 큰 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 창업교육을 통한 증진된 기업가역량은 창업에 대한 동기를 가진 영재기업인들의 창업의지을 증진시키는 것을 의미한다. 이는 실질적인 창업으로 이어질 수 있게 하는 초기 창업동기의 매개에 창업교육을 통한 기업가역량 증진의 경험적 결과는 창업교육의 정책적 지원의 중요성을 시사한다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the longitudinal causal relationship between entrepreneurial motivation, core competency of entrepreneurs, and the entrepreneurial intentions for next-generation gifted entrepreneurs who have experienced the IP Education Center for Gifted Entrepreneurs. For this purpose, longitudinal data from the 1st year (just before entering the education center), the 2nd year (while attending the education center), and the 3rd year (after completing the education center) were used among the data on the longitudinal study of the next generation gifted entrepreneurs conducted by the Korea Invention Promotion Association. As a result of the study, it was found that the entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurs core competency, and entrepreneurial intentions of next-generation gifted entrepreneurs all reliably predict positive effects over time. All three variables showed a greater influence over time in autoregression. Second, in the cross-lagged effect, the entrepreneurial motivation at the previous time had a significant positive effect on the entrepreneur's core competency thereafter, and the previous time's entrepreneurial core competency had a positive causal relationship that affected the entrepreneurial intentions will at the later time. When the magnitude of the cross-lagged coefficient was compared, it was confirmed that the influence of entrepreneurial core competency on entrepreneurial intention was greater than the influence of entrepreneurial core competency on entrepreneurial core competency. These results show that entrepreneurship enhanced through entrepreneurship education enhances the entrepreneurial will of gifted entrepreneurs who have the motivation to start a business. This is the result of confirming the importance of entrepreneurship education on the competencies that entrepreneurs should have in the medium of initial start-up motivation that can lead to actual start-up.
