청소년 여가제약 협상과정의 구조 분석 : 특성화 고등학교 재학생을 중심으로 (A Study on Structure of Adolescents' Leisure Constraints Negotiation Process: Focused on Vocational High School Students)

초록

The purpose of this study is to verify a structural model that constructed the causation among negotiation efficacy, leisure motivation, leisure constraints, constraints negotiation, and leisure participation and to suggest an alternative model optimally explaining leisure constraints negotiation process of vocational high school students. From literature review of the emerging theoretical models associated with leisure constraint negotiation process, the negotiation efficacy model proposed by Loucks-Atkinson and Mannell(2007) was selected as a baseline model for this study. An empirical analysis on adolescents' leisure behavior revealed the partial support for the baseline model in context of universal leisure behavior, and suggested a new model modified from that. The modified model showed that participating in leisure activity of vocational high school students is forced mainly by self-determined motivation being mediated by constraints negotiation and they are inclined to give up participating while being faced with them. From the study it is strongly presupposed that vocational high school students are characteristic in such manner that they are tend toward 'egoist' in leisure behavior.
