민간경호경비원의 여가제약이 여가활동 참가 및 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Leisure Constraints of Private Guards on Participation of Leisure Activity and Stress from Their Job)

초록

Purpose: This research is to analyze and elucidate the effect of leisure constraints of private guards on participation of leisure activity and stress from their job. Methods: This research used a statistical significance sampling, after setting the population of private guards from the seven private guard companies in Seoul, in 2014 and used 286 people's data for final analysis. The analysis method is based on SPSSWIN 18.0 and did factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis and so on. The credibility of the questionaries is measured in Cronbach's a value, which was over .645. Conclusion: The conclusion of the research is the following. Firstly, the private guards' leisure constraints impacts the degree of participation in leisure activities. In same words, the higher the recognization of outside pressure and the limitation from it are, the lesser the period of participation becomes. Secondly, the limitation on the leisure activities of private guards affects the stress from their job. In same words, the higher the recognization mentioned previously and restriction of facility are, the bigger the stress from interpersonal relationship and his role within it. As personal limitation is intense, the stress from the organizational characteristics. On the other hand, if there is more interpersonal limitation, compensation career stress would decrease. Thirdly, how much the guards are involved in the leisure activities impacts the job stress. The less frequent they are involved in the leisure, the more their stress from organizational characteritics is. Meanwhile, if they participate in the leisure much longer, the stress from interpersonal relationship and organizational charateristics would decrease.
