지체․중복장애아의 가족지원에 관한 연구 분석 (A Research Analysis on Family Support of Children with Physical and Multiple Disabilities)

이 연구는 지체․중복장애아동의 가족지원과 관련된 선행 연구를 분석하여 지체․중복장애아동 가족을 대상으로 실시된 가족지원 프로그램의 효과와 가족지원 서비스에 대한 지체․중복장애아동 가족의 인식 및 요구를 알아보기 위하여 실시하였다. 연구의 목적을 위하여 2000년도부터 2019년 6월까지 지체․중복장애아동의 부모와 가족을 대상으로 실시된 부모교육 및 가족지원 관련 논문 31편을 연구 대상자, 연구 유형, 연구 주제, 연구 결과에 대해 분석했다. 논문을 분석한 결과, 지체․중복장애아동의 가족지원과 관련된 연구에 참여한 연구 대상자는 가족 중 어머니가 가장 많았다. 연구 유형은 기술연구 유형 중에 조사연구가 가장 많았다. 연구 주제는 가족지원(부모교육)프로그램을 통한 자녀의 의사소통 행동 발달 정도와 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위해 실시한 연구가 많았다. 연구결과는 자녀의 의사소통 기술과 일상생활 기술이 증가하고 문제행동은 감소되었으며, 부모의 양육태도에 긍정적인 효과가 나타났으며, 가족지원 프로그램에 대한 인식 정도와 요구가 주를 이루고 있었다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of family support program for the families of children with physical and multiple disabilities by analyzing previous researches related to family support of children with physical and multiple disabilities and also to perceive awareness and needs of those families for family support program. For the purpose of this study, 31 parent education and family support related papers for parents and families with physical and multiple disabilities from 2000 to June of 2019 were examined and analyzed according to participants, research type, research subject and results. Results of the research analysis showed that mothers in the family who participated in the research related to family support were the most and no studies have been conducted with fathers. The research types were more experimental than the technical researches, but the survey researches were the most among the technical research types. As for research subjects, the main researches were conducted to investigate the development of the children's communication behaviors through parent education and family intervention programs and to verify the effectiveness of the family-centered program. Research results showed that, in the case of the experimental study, the parental involvement program increased the children's communication skills and daily life skills, reduced problem behaviors, and had a positive effect on the parenting attitude. In the case of survey researches, which take up most of the technical researches, the main focus was on the degree of awareness of parents of children with physical and multiple disabilities for family support programs and the specific requirements of support programs.
