초록

This study was attempted to provide effective program basic data to improve performance by identifying the effects of exercise adherence and social support on cardiovascular disease prevention behavior targeting the elderly in the community. From May 1 to May 31, 2023, a self-reported descriptive survey was conducted on 134 people using Google Form and visiting two welfare centers in Seoul, and correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis were performed with the SPSS 26.0 program. As a result of the analysis, exercise adherence and social support were significantly correlated with performance of preventing cardiovascular disease, But, only the presence of chronic disease and exercise adherence were found to be the most influential variables in the cardiovascular disease prevention behavior of the elderly in the community and social support was not a significant factor. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce various support systems and develop systematic programs to improve performance of preventing cardiovascular disease by increasing exercise adherence to help healthy aging process and disease prevention.
