두피.모발관리실 고객의 이용실태와 만족도 (Customer Utilization and Satisfaction of the Scalp and Hair Care Salons)

초록

This study makes a comparative analysis about the characteristics of the hair and scalp, the degree of utilization, and satisfaction of the customers using the scalp and hair care salons in accordance with their gender, age. In this research, 260 adult males and females were asked to participate in the survey from March 1, 2008 to April 10, 2008 in parts of Seoul-Kyounggi as well as the Choongcheong province. The results are as follows. Regarding the age, the research showed that as people get older there is more hair loss according to the statistical data. With respect to the attitude of the users depending on the gender, the reason to choose the place for treatment was popularity and recommendation by other for men in order of importance. For women, it was popularity and appropriate price in order of importance. According to the comparative analysis by age differences, there showed the highest percentage of the scalp and hair care duration with less than one year. The people in their 20s answered to be 79.9%, 63.9% in the 30s, and 54.8% in the 40s. The women showed relatively higher customer satisfaction to men of using the clinic in terms of improving troubles, elevating self-confidence, scalp status, and time duration. Moreover, women’s customer satisfaction was concluded to be high in the overall degree of satisfaction.
