수영의무교육(생존/안전수영)현황 및 문제점 분석을 통한 프로그램 제안에 관한 질적연구 (A Qualitative Study to the Proposal of the Program through the Analysis of the Current Status and Problems of Compulsory Swimming Education(Survival/Safety Swimming))

초록

본 연구의 목적은 국내 수영의무교육의 문제점 및 개선점을 진단하고 국외 사례와의 비교 및 검토를 통해 국내 실정에 맞는 수영의무교육 프로그램을 제안하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있었다. 연구방법은 본 연구자가 국내 현상을 진단하기 위해 수행한 연구결과를 바탕으로 국외조사 결과와 비교 및 검토를 통해 프로그램을 제안하였다. 구체적인 결론은 아래와 같다. 첫째, 수영의무교육 프로그램은 각 수준별, 학년별 목적과 환경요인으로 구분할 수 있으며, 1학년 때는 친수력과 자기수영능력을 배양하고 2학년 때는 영법숙달, 3학년 때는 영법 및 착의수영 숙달 단계, 4학년 때는 구명동의 착용 및 조난구조 단계, 5학년 때는 집중적으로 응급처치법 능력을 배양, 6학년 때는 간이구조와 인명구조 단계로 구분하였다. 둘째, 수영의무교육 프로그램이 추진되기 위한 요소는 행정적 제안으로 사춘기 시기 남녀학생 구분, 여름방학 전/후 집중수업 실시 등이 있으며, 인프라적 제안으로 착의수영 대여복 마련, 학생체형별 구명동의의 다양화 및 보급, 해양환경과 유사한 육상 시뮬레이션 시설 건립 등이 있다. 국외비교 관련해서는 장애학생을 위한 맞춤형 교육과 위급상황 복합 시뮬레이션 훈련으로 위기대응 능력 강화 등이 함께 이루어져야 할 것이다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study was to diagnose problems and improvements in domestic swimming compulsory education and to propose swimming compulsory education programs suitable for domestic conditions through comparison and review with overseas cases. Based on the research results conducted by the researcher to diagnose domestic phenomena, the research method proposed the program through comparison and review with the results of external surveys. Specific conclusions are as follows. First, swimming mandatory education programs can be divided into the purpose and environmental factors for each level and grade. In the first grade, they cultivated hydrophilic and self-swimming skills, in the second grade, in the second grade, in the second grade, in the second grade, in the fourth grade, in the fourth grade, in the fourth grade, in the fourth grade, they concentrated on the ability to wear and rescue first aid, and in the sixth grade. Second, the elements for the promotion of swimming mandatory education programs include the classification of male and female students during puberty, the implementation of intensive classes before and after summer vacation, the provision of clothing swimsuit as an infrastructure proposal, the diversification and distribution of life-suit consent by student body type, and the construction of land simulation facilities similar to the marine environment. Regarding overseas comparisons, customized education for disabled students and combined simulation training for emergency situations should be conducted together to strengthen crisis response capabilities.
