융합적 사고를 위한 산학협력 기반 캡스톤디자인 수업설계모형 개발연구 -시각디자인 교과목을 중심으로- (A Study on the Development of Capstone Design Instructional-Design Model Based on Industry-University Cooperation for Convergent Thinking -Focusing on Visual Design Subjects-)

초록

본 연구는 대학교육에서의 산학협력 및 융합적 사고를 강화하기 위해 시작되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 시각디자인 교과목을 위한 산학협력 기반 캡스톤디자인수업설계모형을 개발하는 것에 목적을 두고 시도되었다. 캡스톤디자인 교과목을 운영하고자 하는 교수자들의 어려움을 해소하고 캡스톤디자인의 특성에 적합한수업설계모형을 제시하기 위해 연구를 진행하였으며연구결과 및 내용은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 문헌연구를 통해 캡스톤디자인에 적합한 수업설계모형을 개발하기 위해 현실세계(Authentic)의 문제해결이라는 문제중심학습의 특성에 주목하고 문제중심학습에기반한 캡스톤디자인 수업설계모형을 개발하고자 하였다.
둘째, 문제중심학습의 설계요소들을 도출하고 ADDIE 모형에 적용하여 수업설계모형을 위한 원형을 개발하였다. 교육전문가들의 의견을 통해 산학적인 요소와 디자인 프로세스의 특성이 반영되도록 원형을 개선하여 산학협력 기반 캡스톤디자인 1차 수업설계모형을 개발하였다.
셋째, 교육전문가들의 타당성 검증을 통해 적합성을알아보고, 제시된 의견을 토대로 1차 수업설계모형을수정·보완하여 산학협력 기반 캡스톤디자인 수업설계모형을 최종 도출하였다.
본 연구에서는 산학협력 기반 캡스톤디자인 수업설계모형의 개발과정을 체계적으로 제시하여 개발을 완료하였다. 도출된 수업설계모형의 적용을 통해 시각디자인 교육에서 산업체 요구를 반영하며 융합적 사고및 실무적 능력을 배양할 수 있는 캡스톤디자인 수업개발에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영어초록

This study started as an approach to strength the Industry-University Cooperation and Convergent thinking. The purpose of this study was to develop an industry-university cooperation based capstone design instructional design model for visual design subjects. This study was conducted with the intent to relieve the difficulties of instructors who operate the capstone design subject. To this end, the characteristics of the capstone design were identified, and an appropriate instructional design model for the characteristics was suggested as follows.
First, to derive an instructional design model suitable to the characteristics of capstone design, this study focused on the attribute of authentic problem-solving for problem-based learning to develop a PBL-based capstone design instructional design model.
Second, the precedent research was synthesized to derive the design elements of PBL, and the instructional design elements were applied to the ADDIE model to develop a PBL-based instructional design model prototype. Through the opinions of education experts, improvements were made like considering the industry-university cooperation elements and design process characteristics, and the first capstone design instructional design model was developed.
Third, conformity was examined through the validation of education experts, and industry-university cooperation based capstone design instructional design model was developed.
The suggestions were applied to revise and supplement the first instructional design model and derive the final industry-university cooperation based capstone design instructional design model.
It is anticipated for this study to systematically propose a development course of industry-university cooperation based capstone design instructional design model and utilize it as an instructional design model to consider industrial demands in the design education of universities, foster practical competence and convergent thinking.
