초임 체육교사의 온라인 비대면 체육수업 경험에 대한 사례연구 (Case study on novice physical education teachers' experience of online non face to face class)

초록

목적: 본 연구는 코로나19 상황에서 초임 체육교사가 겪는 온라인 수업의 어려움에 관해 심층적으로 이해하고 극복 방안에 대하여 논의하는 것을 목적으로 하였다.
방법: S시 소재 중학교 초임 체육 사 3명을 연구 참여자로 선정하고 면담을 진행하였다. 면담자료는 녹취하고전사한 후 내용을 재구조하여 범주화하였다. 교사 수업 일지, 추가 면담을 통해 자료의 타당성을 확보하였다.
결과: 초임 체육교사들이 겪고 있는 온라인 수업에 대한 어려움을 분석한 결과 언론을 통해 접해야 하는 온라인 수업 정책에 대한 아쉬운 점, 다양한 체육 수업 종목 운영이 어려운 점, 원활한 상호작용이 어려운 점, 학생 및 학부모의 인식으로 인해 어려운 점, 교사 및 학생들의 테크놀로지 사용 미숙과 콘텐츠 영상 제작에투입되는 과도한 시간으로 인해 어려운 점, 온라인 수업 플랫폼에 대해 불편한 점, 수업 공개 및 저작권에대해 두려운 점, 환경에 따른 수업 실행에 대한 어려운 점 등이 있었다.
결론: 본 연구는 일선학교 초임 체육교사의 온라인 비대면 체육수업 계획 및 운영 과정에서 나타난 현실적문제점에 중점을 두었다. 이 과정에서 교육당국의 체육교과의 특수성을 고려한 다각적인 온라인 교육 콘텐츠 및 플렛폼 지원책이 요구되며 체육교사 집단의 온라인 교육을 위한 적극적인 교육내용 및 교수학습방법수용 및 개발이 이에 뒷받침되어야 한다는 결론을 내렸다.

영어초록

Purpose: The present study was 19 in Corona that an in-depth understanding about the experience difficulties in physical education teacher have online classes and aims to discuss how to get over. This will help reduce mistakes and enhance the effectiveness of similar situations, and in the long run, develop Korean online class models and remote operation systems to develop true future education.
Methods: To this end, three junior high school junior high school teachers were selected as participants in the study and conducted interviews were conducted. The in-depth interview data was recorded using a recording function on a smart phone, transcribed, and then restructured and categorized. The validity of the data was obtained through the teacher's class log and additional interviews.
Results: First of all, the difficulties of online classes for low-career physical education teachers included difficulties in operating various physical education classes, difficulties in interacting with students and parents, difficulties in using technology, inconvenience, class disclosure and copyright. To sum up ways to get about this as follows: Online in online classes that have never experienced with difficulties and overcome collective intelligence, online physical education classes for a variety of expertise The key here is trying to improving teacher training is provided, the details. Because teachers are chosen as study participants of the study did analyze the difficulty of students and parents. Students and their parents think of difficulties and need to discuss the improvement of online classes. In addition, physical education teacher's career, that research to consider that the school as geuppyeol or overcome difficulties and measures in accordance with the teacher's gender to navigate by age and education would like to be exploited for the future by creating a theory of online classes.
Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, the study concluded that educational policy for providing contents and online platform for non face to face online physical education. Also they have tried overcome instructional difficulties by seeking solutions with colleagues and participating professional development opportunities.
