초록

The purpose of this study is to find out if there is a difference in success rate depending on the shooting location and shooting direction using the official international handball record. Based on 7,305 shooting data from a total of 114 games at the 2019 Women's Handball World Championships provided by the International Handball Federation, the results were cross-compared (χ²-test), and two-way ANOVA was used to target the right side of the court. In addition, the success rate of shooting toward the corner of the net was high, and it can be fatal to the goalkeeper, especially when attacking the bottom left and right. These results are expected to be useful in setting up and planning shooting and goalkeeper training programs for female handball players, and statistics on success rates according to shooting location and direction reported in this study are expected to be used to establish tactical strategies for future world competitions.
