심미적 감성 역량 함양을 위한 블렌디드러닝 기반 초등 통합 체육수업 실행연구 (Blended Learning Based on Aesthetic Emotional Competence Elementary Integrated Physical Education Practice Study)

초록

이 연구의 목적은 초등학교 체육수업에서 심미적 감성 역량을 함양하기 위해 블렌디드러닝 기반으로 체육과중심의 교과 통합프로그램을 개발하고 실행하는 과정과 그 교육적 의미를 탐색하는 것이다. 연구자는 참여 교사들과 함께 전문적 학습공동체에서 심미적 감성 역량 함양에 부합한 과목으로 음악, 미술, 체육교과를 선정했고 교육과정 재구성을 통해 12차시의 통합 체육수업을 설계하였다. 프로그램 실행과정에서 도출된 교육적의미는 첫째, ‘교사의 체육수업 전문성 신장’으로 교사는 교육과정에 대한 이해와 탐구를 기반으로 교육과정재구성을 준비하고 실행하면서 교사 역할에 대해 재인식하고 책무성이 강화되어 체육수업에 대한 전문성을 신장하는 좋은 기회가 되었다. 둘째, ‘학습자 분석을 통한 신체활동 참여 유도 및 소통의 확대’로 학생들의 요구와 흥미를 파악하여 프로그램을 설계하고 실행한 것이 신체활동에 학습자의 적극적인 참여와 소통을 유도하고배움의 효과를 높였다. 셋째, ‘체육교과의 또 다른 의미 발견’으로 평소 운동 기능이 좋지 못해 신체활동 참여에 위축되어 체육수업을 꺼렸던 학생은 체육교과에 대한 진정한 의미를 발견하고 인식이 새롭게 변화하는 계기가 되었다. 넷째, ‘마음을 열고 함께 성장하는 기회’로 움직임을 통해 자기 내면의 생각과 감정을 적극적으로 드러내고 문화적 다양성과 다원적 가치를 존중하는 개방적인 태도를 보여 심미적 감성 역량이 함양되었다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study was to explore the process of designing and implementing an integrated program based on blended learning and its educational implications in order to develop aesthetic emotional competence in elementary school physical education. In the teacher learning community, researchers selected music, art, and physical education as subjects to promote aesthetic emotional competence, and designed the 12th integrated physical education class through the reconstruction of the curriculum. The educational meanings derived from the program's implementation are as follows. First, the teacher has enhanced the professionalism of physical education classes. Teachers have prepared and implemented curriculum restructuring based on their understanding and exploration of the curriculum, which has provided a great opportunity to re-recognize the role of teachers and enhance their accountability and improve their expertise in physical education classes. Second, learners actively participated in physical activity and had positive communication. From the course of the program design, the design of the program and the identification of the needs and interests of the students, and the design and implementation of the program led the students to participate actively in physical activity and to communicate positively, and the effectiveness of learning was enhanced. Third, the student discovered another meaning of the physical education department. The student, who was reluctant to take physical education classes due to his usual poor motor skills and atrophy in his participation in physical activity, discovered the true meaning of physical education and began a new change in his perception. Fourth, the students were given the opportunity to open their hearts and grow together. Through movement, the students actively revealed their inner thoughts and feelings, and showed an open attitude that respected cultural diversity and pluralistic values, thus cultivating aesthetic emotional competence.
