태권도 인성 실천덕목 개념화 (Concept of Practical Virtue on Taekwondo Personality)

초록

본 연구는 태권도장에서 실시하고 있는 인성과 관련한 실천덕목에 대하여 요인을 추출하고, 이를 개념화 하는 것에 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 총 540명을 연구 대상자로 선정하였다. 지도자가 인식하는 태권도 인성 실천덕목 요인을 추출하기 위해 지도자 100명을 선정하였고, 탐색된 요인을 토대로 개념화하기 위해 지도자 440명을 선정하였다. 그리고 실천인성덕목 요인추출을 위한 문헌은 국내 태권도 인성에 관한 학위논문 16편을 수집하였다. 그 결과 태권도 인성에 관한 선행연구에서 721개의 요인 중 최종적으로 133개 요인을 추출하였고, 지도자를 대상으로 실시한 개방형 설문에서 166개의 요인 중 최종적으로 29개 요인을 추출하였다. 문헌과 개방형 설문 응답 내용 중 의미가 중복 불필요한 요인을 전문가와의 협의를 통해 삭제하는 과정을 거쳐 총 40개의 태권도 인성 실천덕목을 추출하였다. 태권도 인성 실천덕목 설문지에서 수집된 자료는 SPSS 12.0 for Windows와 AMOS 4.0을 사용하여 처리하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 태권도 인성 실천덕목은 5개 요인 20개 변인으로 구성됨을 확인하였다. 즉 태권도 인성 실천덕목의 일반요인은 무도실천, 또래관계실천, 자기표현실천, 사회실천, 심리실천으로 구성되며, 일반 요인에 대한 세부요인으로 무도실천은 극기, 예의, 용기, 인내, 겸손으로 구성되며, 또래관계실천은 대인관계, 약자돕기, 우정, 협동심으로 구성되며, 자기표현실천은 명랑성, 발표력, 표현력, 적극성으로 구성되며, 사회실천은 공동체의식, 리더십, 배려, 책임으로 구성되며, 심리실천은 자신감, 집중력, 성격변화로 개념화 된다.

This study intends to extract factors on practical virtues for character conducted in Taekwondo academy, and to systemize concrete and practical education information after conceptualizing them. To achieve the objectives of this study, 550 people were selected as the subject. 16 thesis on Korea Taekwondo characters were selected to extract character factors of Taekwondo practice items, and for character factors of Taekwondo practice items, 100 trainers were selected. 440 trainers were selected to conceptualize based on the discovered factors, and 10 Taekwondo trainers, who are knjectfor character education were selected to systemize concrete and practical education information. As a result,ctenal 133 factors were extracted out of 721 factors from previous study on the Taekwondo character development, and fenal 29 factors were selected out of 166 factors from open-ended survey on the trainers. The peer practice consists of interpersonal relationship, helping the weak, friendship, and cooperation, and practice of self-expression consists of cheerfulness, speech and communication skill, and positiveness. Community practice consists of sense of community, leadership, consideration, and responsibility, and psychological practice consists of confidence, concentration, and personality changes. Therefore, Practical Virtues of Taekwondo was extracted with 40 items, and conceptualized 5 factors, 20 variables and they were expected to be applied in the field.
