초록

The theme of this paper is on the national party activities of Daegu and Gyeongbuk persons of Beijing in 1920s. First, I endeavored to see the foundation of the national party by Daegu and Gyeongbuk persons during the conference of national representatives in Shanghai at 1923. Second, I reviewed their migration to Beijing and activities of improvement of the party after the conference of national representatives. Third, I examined the foundation of Da-mool-dan by them and their struggles through it, and their activities for founding a single Korean national party. I In the conference of national representatives at 1923, Daegu and Gyeongbuk persons took their stand for reformation of Korean provisional government and against creation of it. The March of 1923 when the conference were facing difficulties, Nam Hyung-woo, Kim Dong-sam, Bae Cheon-taek, and Kim Chang-sook, who come from Daegu and Gyeongbuk, found the National Party(國民黨) in Shanghai.
The National Party(國民黨) was comprised of divisions for supervision, accounting, training soldiers, exploitation, and propaganda. Each head of them were Nam Hyung-woo, Kim Hyeong-sik, Yoon Sei-bok, Kim Dong-sam, Bae Cheon-taek. The National Party(國民黨) gave its best to breeding up its ability than engaging in armed struggle against the Japanese government. And it intended to organized a struggle society like Euyouldan(義烈團).
After the conference of national representatives was closed without any fruit, Daegu and Gyeongbuk persons moved the National Party headquarter from Shanghai to Beijing. They made great efforts to improve the party by recruiting members and collecting money.
In addition to, they organized Da-mool-dan(多勿團). By means of presenting a declaration, they tried to punish traitors. But they could not achieve their objects because of deficiency of money, and etc.
In the late 1920s, Daegu and Gyeongbuk persons of Beijing devoted themselves to the national party movement. Bae Cheon-taek made a suggestion of the necessity of the national party movement through taking out articles in Ap-jab-i. And he devoted himself to founding of ‘the Beijing Association for Organizing Great Independent Party(大獨立黨組織北京促成會)’ in 1926. After that activity, he gave aids to founding of ‘the Great Independent Party(大獨立黨)’. In 1930s, he engaged in founding the Korean Revolution Party(韓國革命黨), the New Korean Independent Party(新韓獨立黨), and the Chosun National Revolution Party(朝鮮民族革命黨). And he made a major role in leading that parties.
