초록

격변하는 동북아시아 국제질서에서 역사문제를 둘러싼 국가간의 갈등이 존재한다. 이를 반영하여 중국은 현실적인 국가이념을 구체화한 역사교육체계를 갖추고 역사교과서를 편찬했다. 중국은 사회주의 국가로 국가에서 교과서를 국가지도지침에 의거하여 교육체계를 설정한다. 유치원교육에서 대학교육에 이르기까지 다층적인 교육체계를 갖춘 중국에서 역사교과서가 사용되는 것은 대학교육체계에 입학하기 이전까지이다.
중국은 교육을 통해 인민을 중국 공산당의 지도이념에 적합하도록 성장시킨다는 점에서 교육체계를 특히 중시한다. 이는 철저하게 교과서를 중국 당국에서 통제하여 중국 공산당의 지도이념을 구현한 내용으로 작성하고 이를 한정된 교과서 분량에 압축적으로 서술한다. 방대한 인구와 영토에서 교육체계는 상급학교로 가면서 치열한 입시경쟁으로 이어지며, 실제 한국의 고등학교에 해당하는 高中의 경우, 3학년에 올라가면서 모든 과정이 입시체제로 전환된다. 방대한 교육분량을 시험을 통해 분별하기 위해서는 입시중심의 학습이 이루어지므로 실제 중국 당국이 의도하는 교육목적이 효과적으로 학생들에게 교육되는가에 대해서는 차후 보다 면밀한 분석이 필요하다.
중국의 교육체계는 중국의 국가지도이념에 의해 결정되는데, 현행 중국의 교육체계가 중국공산당 대표대회에서 채택되는 정신을 실현한 것이므로 중국의 문화정책 변화과정은 교육체계의 변화과정이라 할 것이다. 중국의 교육정책 내지 교육지침은 중국 당국의 문화전략 일환으로 시행되는데, 개혁개방이 본격화된 1980년대 경제발전을 토대로 변화되었으며, 1990년대 이후 중국에서 ‘문화진흥’이 국가사업으로 부상했다. 현대화는 이후 중국의 자부심을 바탕으로 ‘大國化’로 표현되어 ‘정치대국’, ‘경제대국’, ‘과학기술대국’, ‘문화대국’이 되었다. 경제발전은 문화강국으로 이어지며, 이를 뒷받침하는 역사교육의 중요성도 강조되었다.
그러나 중국 역사교과서에서 왜란과 호란은 『세계근대현대사』에서 매우 소략하게 서술하였다. 그러나 중국 역사교과서를 편찬하는 기반이 되는 중국학계는 임진전쟁과 병자호란을 중화주의 관점에서 연구하여 성과를 축적하였다.
결론적으로 중국학계의 임진전쟁과 병자호란에 대한 연구는 이를 배경으로 한 역사물로 학생뿐만 아니라 일반 대중에게 소개된다. 중국에서 대중을 대상으로 한 역사교육은 역사교과서보다 오히려 역사물이 보다 효과적일지 모른다. 중국 당국의 문화대국 건설에 역사물은 큰 영역으로 자리잡고 있다. 드라마, 영화로 소개되는 역사물은 중국인의 역사의식을 고취시키는 매개체이다. 중국 역사교과서에 대한 세밀한 분석에 중국 국가이념 및 교육체계, 입시체계, 역사물에 대한 보다 종합적인 접근이 필요한 이유이다.

There is a conflict between nations in the international order of Northeast Asia in the upheaval of the history issue. Reflecting this, China has compiled a history textbook with a history education system that embodies realistic national ideals. China is a socialist state, and it establishes its educational system in accordance with national guidelines for textbooks in countries. In China, which has a multi layered educational system from kindergarten to university, history textbooks are used until they enter the university education system.
China places particular emphasis on the education system in that it fosters people to conform to the guiding ideology of the Chinese Communist Party through education. This is based on the implementation of the guiding ideology of the Communist Party of China by controlling the textbooks thoroughly by the Chinese authorities and compressively describes them in a limited amount of textbooks.
In an enormous population and territory, the education system leads to a fierce competition for entrance examinations as they go to higher grade schools. In the case of high school students who are actually Korean high schools, all courses are converted into entrance examinations as they move up to the third grade. In order to distinguish the vast amount of education through examinations, examination-centered learning is necessary. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze more carefully whether the actual educational purpose of Chinese authorities is effectively educated to students.
The educational system of China is determined by the national guiding ideology of China, and the process of change of cultural policy in China is a process of change of education system, since the current educational system of China is realized in the spirit of being adopted at the Communist Party of China. China's education policy and education guidelines are implemented as a cultural strategy of Chinese authorities. It has been changed based on the economic development of the 1980s, when reform and opening up began. In the 1990s, 'cultural promotion' emerged as a national project in China. Modernization has since been expressed as "Great Country" on the basis of China's pride, becoming the "Great Politics", "Great Economy", "Science and Technology Grand Challenge", and "Great Cultural Power". Economic development leads to a cultural power, and the importance of history education that supports it is also emphasized.
In Chinese history textbooks, it is very roughly describing Imjin War(壬辰戰爭), Manchu war of 1636(丙子胡亂). However, the Chinese academic world, which is the basis for compiling the Chinese history textbooks, has accumulated the achievements by studying the Imjin War and the Manchu war of 1636 from the perspective of the Chinese.
In conclusion, the study of the Imjin War and the the Manchu war of 1636 in the Chinese academic world is introduced as a historical background, not only to students but also to the general public. Historical education for the public in China may be more effective than historical textbooks. History is a large area in the construction of the cultural power of the Chinese authorities. Dramas and movies are the mediums that inspire Chinese people's historical consciousness. This is why Chinese history textbooks need a more comprehensive approach to Chinese national ideology and education system, entrance examination system and history media.
