책임감모형(TPSR)과 스포츠교육모형의 통합을 통한 초등 예비교사의 책임감 변화 과정 탐구 (A Study on the Process of the Changes in the Sense of Responsibility of Pre-service Elementary School Teachers through the Integration of the TPSR and the Sports Education Model)

초록

본 연구는 대학 교육에서 책임감모형과 스포츠교육모형과의 통합 연구 과정에서 나타나는 초등 예비교사들의 책임감 변화 모습을 탐구하기 위해 D교육대학교 2학년 62명을 연구참여자로 하였다. 첫째, 통합 연구 전 책임감 단계들은 주로 Ⅰ단계(자기통제)와 소극적인 Ⅱ단계(참여·노력)가 많았으나, 적용 후 남자 예비교사들은 여학생들을 도와주는 Ⅳ단계(배려·도움)을 모습을, 여자 예비교사들은 소극적에서 적극적으로 참여·노력(Ⅱ단계)하는 모습과 자기주도적인 Ⅲ단계(자기책임감)의 모습을 많이 보였다. 주장들은 다른 역할들보다 뛰어난 책임감 모습들을 많이 보였으며, 팀을 이끌어 나가는 Ⅳ단계 리더의 모습을 많이 보였다. 심판들은 처음에는 위축과 소신 없는 판정으로 소극적인 모습을 보이기도 하였으나 점차 적극적으로 참여·노력하는 Ⅱ단계와 자기주도적으로 판정하는 Ⅲ단계의 모습으로 발전하였다. 남자 선수들은 적극적으로 참여·노력하는 Ⅱ단계에서 여학생들을 도와주고 배려하는 Ⅳ단계의 모습으로 발전하였고, 여자 선수들은 적극적으로 참여·노력하는 수준(Ⅱ단계)에서 자기주도적인 활동(Ⅲ단계)의 모습으로 발전하였다. 기록원들도 처음에는 소극적인 모습을 보였으나 점차 적극적으로 참여·노력하는 Ⅱ단계에서 자기주도적인 Ⅲ단계의 모습으로 발전하였다. 이상과 같이 책임감모형과 스포츠교육모형간 통합 연구에서 초등 예비교사들은 운동기능 및 책임감 수준이 향상되었고, 책임감모형의 그룹미팅과 반성시간을 통해, 스포츠교육모형의 역할 배정 및 순환을 통해 타인과의 입장의 동일함을 경험하였다. 앞으로는 책임감 수준과 운동 수준간의 관계, 성격·역할과 관련이 높은 책임감 단계간의 관련성에 대한 연구가 요구된다.

영어초록

This research aims at examining the changes in pre-service elementary school teachers' sense of responsibility in the process of an integrated study of Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility Model(TPSR) and a sports education model in college education, for the goal, 62 sophomores in D Teachers' College were selected as the research subjects. First, as for the responsibility stages before the integrated research, the main stages were the Ⅰ phase(self-control) and the passive Ⅱ phase(participation·efforts), but after the application, the male pre-service teachers showed the Ⅳ stage(consideration·help) of helping the female students most, and the female pre-service teachers the Ⅱ stage of the shift from passive to active participation and efforts, and the self-initiated Ⅲ step(self responsibility) most. The captains showed much better sense of responsibility than the subjects with other roles, and the features of the Ⅳ stage leaders guiding their teams. The judges first seemed passive because they were cowered and judged without conviction, but gradually developed into the Ⅱ phase of active participation and efforts and the Ⅲ stage of self-initiated judgement. The male players improved from the Ⅱ step of active participation and efforts to the Ⅳ phase of helping and considering the female students, and the female players from the Ⅱ phase of active participation and efforts to the Ⅲ stage of self-initiated activities. The recorders also looked passive at the beginning, but gradually developed from the Ⅱ stage of active participation and efforts to the self-initiated Ⅲ step. As above, in the integrated study of the TPSR model and the sports education model, the pre-service elementary teachers have improved their performance and responsibility level, and experienced the same position with others through the group meetings and self-reflection of the TPSR and the role assignment and circulation of the sports education model. The follow-up researches on the relation between the level of a sense of responsibility and the level of exercises and on that among the stages of responsibility with close relation to personalities and roles are demanded.
