    1. 제 1부. 안전관리론
    가. 안전보건관리의 개요
    1) 안전과 생산
    가) 용어정리
    (1) 산업재해 -근로자가 업무에 관계되는 건설물, 설비, 원재료, 가
    스, 증기, 분진 등에 의하거나 작업 또는 그 밖의 업
    무로 인하여 사망 또는 부상하거나 질병에 걸리는 것
    (2) 근로자
    -직업의 종류와 관계없이 임금을 목적으로 사업이나
    사업장에 근로를 제공하는 자
    (3) 사업주
    -근로자를 사용하여 사업을 하는 자
    (4) 근로자 대표
    -근로자의 과반수로 조직된 노동조합이 있는 경우에
    는 그 노동조합을, 없는 경우에는 근로자의 과반수를
    대표하는 자
    (5) 작업환경 측정
    -작업환경 실태를 파악하기 위해서 해당 근로자 또는
    작업장에 대하여 사업주가 측정계획을 수립한 후 시
    료를 채취하고 분석, 평가하는 것
    (6) 안전보건 진단
    -산업재해를 예방하기 위하여 잠재적 위험성을 발견
    하고 그 개선대책을 수립할 목적으로 고용노동부장관
    이 지정하는 자가 하는 조사․평가
    (7) 중대재해
    -산업재해 중 사망 등 재해정도가 심한 것으로서 고
    용노동부령으로 정하는 재해
    ① 사망 1인 이상 발생한 재해
    ② 3개월 이상 요양 요하는 부상자가 동시에 2인 이
    상 발생한 재해
    ③ 부상자 또는 “직업적” 질병자가 동시에 10인 이상
    발생한 재해
